Still dripping water form dispenser way more than the normal expectancy. Need to keep paper towel under dispenser to avoid water dripping into bottom slide out tray.

There is a styrofoam piece across the back that says do not remove, it hold up the shelf (quality engineering). The water dispenser did not stop leaking, the item was returned. I would expect more from an american made product.

The LED light in the fridge section doesn’t work 3. The installation service done by Techs was pathetic and I rated them poor separately in that Home Delivery order item Although we were execited to get this brand new fridge on time, it’s not usable much due to these issues

DON'T PURCHASE APPLIANCES FROM BEST BUY!!!!! Its not the appliance, I still recommend it, just dont buy it from best buy!

Broken Ice Cube Maker

Best Buy is doing a great job bringing me a new one and removing the defective unit. I would still recommend the product overall. Been buying them for years. Best Buy customer support is doing a great job taking care of this situation so far.

I exchanged a Samsung for this one when I first purchased it because I saw poor reviews for the Samsung and now I've got a lemon whirlpool. The temp in fridge was going to the max temperature rate of 7 on its own for about a month. Now the numbers for fridge and freezer are jumping all over the place and there's a clicking and fizzing sound.

Well it have me problem since the first month. From the freezer not working properly to the refrigerator having temperature issue! The button hot the top frozen. Also makes a strong and weird noise. Be careful this is not a good investment
