We'd been waiting about 7-8 weeks and had been living out of an ice chest for 3. Needless to say, we bought a much nicer refrigerator from a different store.

Now ice cubes get clumped together. And now i see freezing in the inside back part of refrigerator and called best buy and wont exchange it. Im not happy at all with this purchase too soon for malfunctions and would like a new one.

Ps I have 6 stainless steel handles that they have sent me. And have assured me they will be the black ones

Poor Quality

Second fridge delivered to replace first one, had dents on the side and the bottom freezer door. Plus the water dispenser would keep dripping. Poor quality- returned for a Kitchen Aid.

Poor workmanship

Returned and chose an LG.
