Had to return because it did not fit after you sent someone out to measure. No one contacted me about another one call and never got an answer.

Very loud even without ice maker installed. I’m almost to the point that o want To return it

I never rwceived the refrig, it was damaged in the crate.

The front doors don’t stay shut. If you close one side the pressure of the second door pops it open. The inside drawers don’t stay shut either.

We had ordered this refrigerator then 3 days before it was scheduled to be installed we were told it was unavailable.

I bought this fridge a year ago and couldn't be happier. No problems at all: lots of room, nice configuration, pretty quiet, and very reliable. I put a couple thermometers in there and found that setting the temp to 34 keeps the food in the safe zone (below 40F) all the time. Never bothered hooking up the water supply for the ice-maker and internal water dispenser, so I can't speak to the extra features. What I really wanted is a big fridge that keeps my food cool without too much noise, and this one absolutely delivers. This came recommended because of its relatively simple design, which has fewer failure points (and so far, I believe it). It's assembled in the USA, too. Extra points to Best Buy for a fantastic delivery and setup process.

This refrigerator came making a ton of noise!!! It maybe be a great refrigerator but not for me.

We have had this fridge for about a week. It replaced a 20 year old fridge. My family loves it. There is so much room, compared to my side by side fridge. The black stainless steel is finger print resistant. The fridge is quiet. The 2 delivery men were fabulous. Very professional and took great care to set up the fridge and get rid of the old one. I bought this on sale and they also price matched. I bought the extended warranty. So far so good.

This is my 4th french door fridge. 1st one LG, after just a few years, major leak that ruined the floor and was basically unrepairable. 2nd was Samsung, stick to electronics, you guys make terrible appliances. That one cost us over $800 in service calls before we were able to get a new one. The Kitchenaid was the best! But twice the price of this one and we had to leave it when we sold the house. But Whirool makes a really nice french door in this model. Minimal ice maker is in freezer so you don't lose precious fridge space, and water dispenser inside the fridge, small, inconspicuous, leaves you all of your door shelves. Doesn't have the Kitchenaid features, but is affordable and spacious.

So far we love it, we have always had water and ice on door and prefer this much more. We did purchase the extended warranty, so hoping we won't need it as we did on our last two fridges that had water and ice in door. Doesn't show fingerprints except on the handle so that is nice too!

Best Buy had this fridge to us in 4 days which was fantastic. Other retailers were weeks out. We have only had it a little while but so far pleased. The space is great, love the water on the inside, makes ice quickly. Fridge is a bit loud, but that isn't a deal breaker. Biggest issue is the door handles. They are not black stainless steel as advertised - they are a darker stainless steel, and it drives me crazy. The fact that this is not displayed on the ad is obnoxious.

I had to furnish an apartment and bought two products from best buy, the Whirlpool French Fridge with internal water dispenser and the Whirl Pool 5 burner stove. So far the products are working great. The service from the very first day I ordered to the very last second of delivery was Exceptional...Premium Service. I also recommended Best Buy and ordered a 55 inch Sharp television for a friend, when I asked her how the product is working her answer "Superb" Thanks Best Buy you set your standards high and not many Company's can compete with you, trust me I know, I won't think twice before going to another company. Thank you Best Buy for your Superb, Excellent, Exceptional and Premium Service that you provide.

so far, so good. It's doing it's job. I like the icemaker in the freezer. water dispenser works great. shelves seem to be well positioned. I notice the finger print resistant stainless steel really does resist finger prints. I'm pleased and surprised.

My old LG was a nice fridge, but the control panel went out after a tenant's child played with all the buttons. The fridge still maintained the proper temps, so I kept using it. When it stopped working, I had already chosen this Whirlpool as a replacement. What a huge improvement, even over a brand new LG! This refrigerator looks beautiful; it's quiet and nice and roomy. I am more than pleased.
