My old LG was a nice fridge, but the control panel went out after a tenant's child played with all the buttons. The fridge still maintained the proper temps, so I kept using it. When it stopped working, I had already chosen this Whirlpool as a replacement. What a huge improvement, even over a brand new LG! This refrigerator looks beautiful; it's quiet and nice and roomy. I am more than pleased.

This fridge is LOUD when the compressor is running. We live in a <1,500 sft condo. So other than when taking a shower, it seems that from anywhere in our home we can hear when the compressor is running. Yes, it is that loud. It's hard to believe that our unit passed Westinghouse's quality control and made it out of the factory doors. On the plus side, it is a large and attractive fridge. The refrigerator's layout is particularly good, with deep and wide shelving in the body and on the doors. The price is attractive too. But, because our fridge is obnoxiously loud, we are considering whether to return it. If you live in a small home, you may want to give some thought to whether your bedrooms are within earshot of your kitchen (and this fridge).

We love our fridge! It has a ton of room and storage for everything we need. Beautifully matches our kitchen as well.

The product is just what we wanted and readily available at a reasonable price. Lowes had it cheaper but could not provide any kind of reliable delivery date. After all, the $200 more was more than worth it with the reliability of Best Buy, its communications and capped-off with some great delivery/setup guys. This experience with Best Buy is what caused me to order a TV to be delivered and setup by your guys next week.

Definitely been a good fridge/freezer. Bought at a wonderful price and the picking up part was a breeze, the employees were very helpful. Will recommend this for sure to one and all.

New refrigerator has lots of space and it’s working great I upgrade from smaller older unit the stainless steel is nice but it could be a lil better quality and more fingerprint resistant and they should add digital temperature adjustment instead of 1 thru 7 but overall I am satisfied with the new product and I hope to get many years of life out of it

Love it! 3 years and counting. This refrigerator is better than other brands I have had. Not only is it spacious but very durable.

Love this fridge!! Ice machine doesn’t take up fridge space and the water on the inside is nice so my child doesn’t play with any buttons!

Our $3500 Kenmore Elite (LG) lasted only 3 years before needing a new compressor and main control board. Don’t ever buy an LG! Decided to go with a simpler unit with less electronic controls. Our repairman recommended Whirlpool or Frigidaire. We decided on this unit. As others have stated it is somewhat loud when compressor is running but it is not that loud that we are going to return it. Top shelf is almost useless except for items that you can slide in there like pizza boxes or leftovers in bowls etc. Without all the bells and whistles we are hoping for some longevity with this unit. Otherwise there is ample capacity to store items. Will update if things go south. Delivery guys were polite and knowledgable when installing it.

Great Frigerator but can get noisy at times. Spacious. Came with cracked vegetable draw. Best Buy replaced quickly.

We are really pleased with out new refrigerator. Working well. We like the internal water dispenser and the bottom freezer.

The refrigerator is very nice! However, the doors are uneven and some shims had to be ordered. I have received the shims, but now have to call Best Buy back to get them installed. A little frustrating to have to deal with.

This is an excellent refrigerator. It is large enough to meet all of your food needs. My sister liked it so much she is going to buy one, too.

Excellent refrigerator and brand! We’ve always had great luck with Whirlpool appliances. We bought a new house and the fridge that came with it was so loud and didn’t work great. It was an LG. We wanted to replace it with a Whirlpool and we are very happy with our choice.

The fridge is nice, but the space between the shelves aren't that big. It's hard to fit many beverages. The freezer is a bit small, and you can't fit much either. It's also difficult to take the drawers out to clean the inside. The freezer also gets iced up.
