not my favorite. freezes things in the refrigerator part like pickles and mayo. no temperature control settings in it. first one I've had that did not have that option.

paying full price & more for just a refrigerator than my entire appliance set a few years back only to find no butter shelf ...ridiculous. insulting to consumer not to include it. Thanks whirlpool. You lost ke after years of trust

Very load, ice frosting in back of refrigerator and freezing food and drinks.

The shelves, you can't adjust most of them. Ice maker freezes ice too hard, then when it comes out the door, it grinds almost like crushed ice, and that's not the setting we have it on! I would not recommend this product!!

Replaced a 15 year old Kitchenaid that went out. So far it is working fine and has more interior room despite being the same size outside. Great lighting and low noise. Water dispenser is a bit touchy.

Door squeaks when closed slowly, Had to install my own shelved on the fridge door which when I placed my items on the door, the shelf fell down and cracked. Will be returning for a new on or get my money back and go some place else. This is the second Whirlpool that I've received with this problem of the door...UUUGGGHHH:(

We have owned this fridge for 3 years. After year 1, middle shelf of fridge would freeze items stored on it. Ice maker recently broke. part was on backorder (repair company tried to order and I tried to order personally). After replacing the entire ice maker, changing water lines and filter, ice maker still not working. $400 in parts and labor wasted.

Shelves should have been kept like order models that can adjust to any height with brackets in back. It is no longer like that.

Poor design on ice maker and sounds like a auto repair shop compressor is running Noisy Noisy Noisy

Best move we have made. Refrigerator is exactly what we expected. The delivery people were absolutely outstanding and went out of their way to make sure it was set up properly.

Would be a great fridge if it actually made ice. Also taking over a month to replace it with no discount for the inconvenience. Will say customer service has been very nice and helpful

Very roomy inside. Sometimes won't make ice but if you unplug it and plug it back in it will start working again. Other than that its a great fridge

It's loud. I do not recommend buying this. I would return it if I wasn't past the 15 day return window.

The actual refrigerator is great, dealing with store, delivery and follow up on delivery was a night mare, I was a loyal Whirlpool person for 40 years, not any more, this is last whirlpool I buy.

Love the ice maker wish the shelfs in the refridge was larger

Received 05/31/2019. Bad gasket in door sets door open alarm off constantly. Repairman scheduled on July 14th. Kept on hold 2 hours and 45 minutes. Terrible service

Purchased this product to coordinate all appliances during a kitchen remodel. It is a larger fridge than what was in kitchen previously and was unsure it would fit in designated space, but did. Very pleased to have a larger refrigerator with more interior space.

Although I purchased this, it's not available until the delivery date of September 23. However, it has all of the features that I want.

This refrigerator is awful. Right after a year, all drawers in both the fridge and freezer were cracked or broken. Things in the fridge next to the freezer froze solid and our freezer door would not close all the way. We bought the extended warranty plan. Best Buy Geek Squad was awesome. They came out and fixed a problem and when it didn't fix it and a replacement part was delayed, they fulfilled their warranty terms satisfactorily.
