No they didn't they didn't hook up the water line, my husband had to as it didn't have the correct hookup. I love the product but probably won't go to BestBuy again.

Refrig totally over priced for not working out lol

The ice machine is a joke it never works once a awhile we get batch of ice but not to often.

Delay in delivery

Freezer compartments fan out after less than 3 yrs

That is unacceptable. I had my last refrigerator for almost 20 years and the fan was still going strong. Oh, and the ice maker also stopped working…

Looks like Whirlpool deliberately went with a standard/hard to reproduce filter design to keep selling expensive consumable parts for this.
