I recently purchased a refrigerator from Best Buy and I have to say that I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase. The sleek design of the refrigerator is a great addition to my kitchen, and it’s incredibly spacious inside.

I did my review before purchasing a new fridge, I'm glad I decided for this one for what I think it was a good choice. It was delivered with no damages. This fridge is quiet, roomy, well lit, have a great look and works perfect .I'm very happy with my choice so far ...I only had it for a month.

Able to fit all our food, super easy to use, easy access for kids, love the locks on the water.

Fridge and freezer are great. Nice and big. Inside trays and compartments are nice and durable. Well made. The ice dispenser is a little slow and sloppy & it’s somewhat obnoxious to have to run 4 gallons of water through every new $50 filter.

We ordered this and it got exactly in the space as we hoped it would! We thought the measurements would be tight (about .5 an inch) on both sides and thankfully the doors opening weren’t an issue. My mom says it’s very spacious and that she loves it. :)

It’s just as it advertised! I enjoy the convenience of the ice, water, door dispenser!

Really enjoying this new refrigerator. Features meet our needs and then some. Maintains freezer and regular part of the refrigerator at the proper temp. Ice maker so far works well and makes plenty of ice. Whirlpool did an excellent job on the interior lay out and spacing of the shelves. Recommend this side by side highly.

The fridge is nice and big. Lots of room on shelves and bins. However, it is deeper than we expected (and obviously measured). The ice maker works nicely. However, the only con so far is that water seems to condensate and drip down pretty frequently when dispensing ice and water.

We've owned this refrigerator since Nov. 2021. Worked fine until about 9 months ago. The icemaker stopped working. I tried several things that didn't work and finally just ordered another refrigerator. I had to remove the doors to get the unit out of the kitchen and when I did, I found the wires completely cut in the hinge area. I will try to fix the wires and use this unit in the basement area of our home. Too bad we liked the space this unit offered but bad design for the wiring.

Only thing is the ice dispenser is loud and the water can measure how much is being dispensed but it’s not accurate when measured with a measuring cup.

So imagine if just by opening your car door you could tear cables that connect your automatic windows.... Well, our ice maker stopped working about a year and a half after owning this whirlpool. Service technician from whirlpool found that our cables in the freezer door were just split from normal opening and closing the door. Not covered, not considered a defect, only solution is to buy a new freezer door for around $900. Huge design flaw and will definitely not consider whirlpool again for fear of this happening again.

So far so good. Have had it for a few weeks now. Runs quiet and has lots of storage space. It does make some funny noises now and then but nothing crazy. It does not come with the compartment in the door to store dairy and eggs. But I have read that you can order it separately if you like.

The machine produces ice as advertised. It is roomy and easy to store items in it.

It’s a fridge, so far it’s doing it’s job. I hope I don’t have some of the issues from other reviews. Best Buy customer service sucks on all accounts. I cannot get a callback from corporate and they are using Covid as a crutch!

It’s great I love it very spacious, but make sure you measure the refrigerator, doorways and the space you are putting it into because I didn’t measure the doorway and had a hard time getting it into the kitchen.

WARNING! DO NOT BUY!! We also loved this fridge due to its larger size and great features. However, due to a manufacturing defect, the wires in the base of the freezer door will fray or break over time (about 2-3 years). We learned about this defect after our ice maker stopped working and the Whirlpool repair guy said it's only a matter of time before everything else stops working. There is currently a pending class action lawsuit against Whirlpool that we joined with hundreds of customers whose fridge broke down after the 1-year warranty period but within 3 years of purchase. Replacing the freezer door and ice maker cost about $1,000, almost the same as a new refrigerator. Whirlpool knows about the defect but just offers 20% off a new refrigerator and will not help. Love the size. 28 cubic ft is an amazing amount of space. It replaces a 24 cubic ft unit but it fits in the same space. Ice unit not in the door is a great space saving feature. I wish that the refrigerator shelves where adjustable and the magnet closure takes a little getting use to. Overall very happy with the purchase.
