Great so far. Delivery went great no issues and was on time. Very helpful staff. Took all packaging with them.

Haven't really had a chance to really check it out since it's only been a week. Have to look at all areas.

Bought this fridge to replace my last Whirlpool I had for the last 16 years (was still going!). The workmanship and quality are cheaper than the old one, however I gave the 5 stars due to the $1100 price and large size, compared to much more expensive and smaller fridges. If it last me 10 years, I'll be happy!!

The quality and appearance met my expectations. It has good size for the price.

This refrigerator is basically like the previous one, but the new one is a very nice upgrade. I almost for got the luxury of having an ice machine, where the previous one stopped working. I just can't stop looking at it every time I walk by it. It's a Good Buy/Best Buy.

Love the auto water dispense feature and with children the door left open alarm is nice to have. Only negative is the plastic used to wrap it is a little difficult to remove and the rubber seal around the fridge side not centered but does not effect seal( function) to fridge.

Very nice, only con is how loud the ice maker is. Easy wipe up. Plenty of shelf space. Love the fact that you have plenty of drawers on both refrigerator and freezer side.

The only thing is the plastic shelves inside are not very sturdy. We had to replace one of them in the 2nd week as it cracked pretty easy.

We bought a Maytag less than 2 years ago with french doors and freezer on the bottom. IT WAS AWFUL. No room, ice maker didn't work so we bought this Whirpool side by side and we are in love. Much more room and the ice maker works-BONUS!

Excellent refrigerator made by Whirlpool so you know you have a reliable product. Have purchased many WHIRLPOOL PRODUCTS IN THE PAST AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. THIS REFRIGERATOR IS SET UP NICELY INSIDE WITH AMPLE ROOM FOR ALL YOUR ITEMS.

This refrigerator is larger than we were originally looking for but Best Buy had it in stock and could deliver the machine in 5 days. It has been great thus far. We lost all of our power for 6 days after 8/4. Up and running again since. Thanks to Best Buy.

I can't review the refrigerator, since after several months of cancellations and rescheduling on the part of Best Buy, I finally canceled, and bought a refrigerator elsewhere. I suspect, once I studied all the details of the order, that it wouldn't have actually fit my space, like the Whirlpool Microwave didn't. Both of those orders were placed with the help of the Best Buy salesman, who was nice but ignorant about how to suggest an appliance that would fit the space I had carefully measured out. I am not allowed to review the purchasing or installation experience here, but if I were, I would give it 0 stars. I will never use Best Buy for appliances again, and will recommend against it to anyone who asks me.

This fridge is bigger inside than our 25 cu ft yet fits in the same place. With the ice maker on the door there is more room in the freezer.. Love the no smudge finish easy to care for. The bright lites are so nice in the fridge part. A real upgrade at a good price. Very, very happy with it.

I love my new refrigerator. My wall and the wood trim was damaged. All of the tape and the styrofoam was left in side of my refrigerator. I don't know if the wall and wood trim were damaged taking the old refrigerator out or bring the new refrigerator in.

Second Whirlpool refrigerator. Beautiful in Ice SS. When the owners manuals list about 8 noises and say that it is normal something is wrong. The biggest complaint is the ice and water dispenser are very noisy. The ice maker does not make a lot of ice. Has a "fast ice" button but so far seems useless. Only two of us, and we run out by the end of day.

The refrigerator is great. I had a bottom freezer that I often really had words for. I really enjoy the side by side. The size is great.

Replace my fridge after 10yrs and was referred to this one by a friend. I like the simple controls and I like how roomy it feels. Has all the easy shelf adjustment and also like the bright light inside. Very quiet and smooth operation as well. Very happy so far.

This unit was a replacement for a 30 year old one I had and with a problem or two during that time I was quite happy. But this unit's ice maker broke in about 2 months use, if that. The mechanism of the ice maker are very noisy but this means that if it's not noisy then it's not working. Well, the icemaker is broken again and has not made ice in about 2 days now. Time to call whirlpool again for another repair since the unit is still under warranty. Whirlpool has always been my choice for appliances but I'm not so sure any more. This refrigerator was by no means cheap but I'm now realizing that nothing is built like it used to be. Not even whirlpool.BUYER BEWARE!!!!

The interior space is huge. Definitely notice the difference from our 22 Cu/ft. Keep in mind that they increase the depth to get the added space. This one sticks out about 4" more than our previous fridge, but that wasn't a big deal when you can store much more.

Great fridge, lotsa room, and convenient adjustable interior storage. Not a huge fan of the door controls for ice/water.
