I’m only giving this one star because the delivery was cancelled 6 times before it finally arrived 6 months later. Very disappointed with customer service. Was hoping for some type of discount for the inconvenience. We have purchased many major appliances from Best Buy but this was a very bad experience.

We purchased this fridge as an upgrade to our old Whirlpool fridge that started to give us issues with the ice maker. Definitely worth getting as it has more room on both the freezer side and fridge side. Love having the ice maker on the door for more space in the freezer!

This is a wonderful refrigerator, quiet, high capacity, good ice maker. However I had to mark it down because of the missing butter compartment, a very important part of any fridge (to us, lol). I also dont understand why we can't even purchase the tray, if anyone out there knows where to obtain a butter tray that really fits please shout it out. Another issue is the inability to move the main fridge storage trays, save one ( I understand the efficiency of the airflow design but other manufacturers are able to provide this feature. The doors DO have adjustable bins). It would also be nice if we could see the actual temp in the fridge & freezer, the sensors are there so why not include this on the display? I would also like more detailed instructions regarding the display panel. Overall a high quality fridge with those few annoyances.

My new refrigerator arrive yesterday and it made a perfect addition to my kitchen. It is what I needed and Best Buy had the best price. I also took out the extended warranty, so I will not have any problems for years to come.

I love that we no longer have finger prints!! This is a great size fridge. The ice maker is really loud and I wish they had a cover of some sort for the bottom of the fridge so it looked a little more finished.

Wife and I picked this out originally from Home depot, but happy we found it at Best Buy. Transaction was easy and installation was well worth the 50 bucks. Would recommend this fridge to anyone, the extra room inside is great!

This is a very nice side by side refrigerator with ice in the freezer door, which saves freezer space. Whirlpool did a good job saving space. It looks nice and works well. I was pleasantly surprised the the compressor system has a 5 year warranty.

Love the new refrigerator! Freezer is wide enough for a frozen pizza.

It does not have a lot of the bells and whistles other models have, but it keeps fridge and freezer items nice and cold and it has ice and water dispensers. That's all you really need

Great value, space and functionality. I have had both the side by sides and the French door with bottom drawer and have learned that I can’t stand the bottom drawer freezers. Way happier with this side by side

I love my side-by-side refrigerator. Works great and I no longer need my old freezer that required defrosting quite often.

We've owned a few homes, and this refrigerator is by far my favorite out of all of the others we've had. It's huge, and Whirlpool made a good use of space. We've had it almost a year now and still love it. No issues, no regrets!!!

Well designed with limited smug on stainless steel exterior. Freezer and ice dispenser reliable. Previous comments on some frost development on upper refrigerator interior shelf can occur. I changed the refrigerator temperature by inceasing it by 2 degrees. Problem resolved.

A few weeks in pleased with the fridge. Great amount of storage,ice maker very efficant. Like the black stainless finish, does not show finger msrks. Would recommend

This thing is massive. Only downside to it is that it does still out pretty far from my cabinets. Honestly a great refrigerator otherwise

We wanted to match all our appliances with the same brand and ordered the Whirlpool - 28.4 Cu. Ft. Model: WRS588FIHV - Black stainless steel. After delivery we noticed a lot of cosmetic defects. Visible glued corner in the bottom corner of the door, grease inside doors, small visible scratches inside and refrigerator tray with a small crack. Deliver crew removed from box in my driveway so it looked like it was not damage in transport and came like that from manufacturer. Returned appliance. Easy to return at Best buy.
