Arrived looking fine, but the icemaker wouldn't dispense ice. Fortunately, I purchased the maintenance plan. The maintenance tech let me know that it was correctable issue and would take months to get the part. The store was great about taking the return and finding me a replacement refrigerator. I give one star for the product but a solid 10 for the maintenance technician and Best Buy staff.
