  • Control Panel Never Worked and Floor Scratched!

    The guys that delivered the refrigerator told me to flush the water and ice before using but the control panel was defective. Nothing worked on the panel so no water or ice. When I pulled the unit out from the wall to unplug it my laminate floor got scratched really bad. Of course I was told that I couldn't get another one like that for over 2 months. Extremely disappointed in Best Buy and Whirlpool!

    Perfect, it can hold bulk foods! Ice is little slow but it's still our favorite refrigerator. It's just huge!

    Problems with freezing food on top 2 shelves. Ice maker quit making ice for over a day then started back. Not sure why. Already have repairman coming after only making 1 payment.
