They delivered the fridge, and it wasn't even. There are scratches on the top left like they hit something (which explains the unevenness, and there is a crack in the plastic at the bottom when you open the fridge. So disappointed.

Best Buy quickly came to the rescue, efficiently exchanging it with a different brand and demonstrating exceptional customer service. The Best Buy Total coverage played a pivotal role in turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive resolution, making the overall interaction with Best Buy worthwhile despite the initial hiccup with the refrigerator.

the refrigerator keeps freezing

The ice bucket continually builds up ice and snow underneath and around it. 3 service visits and counting and the problem is not resolved. It’s either a defective model or I have a defective machine. Either way the refrigerator should be replaced as a manufacturer defect but Whirlpool and Best Buy insist it’s fixable. Waiting on service call after services call for 4+ days of my life should sway you from this refrigerator. Also the water dispenser is difficult to use and not shoot water on the floor.
