This fridge is spacious and well lit inside. The ice is in the door of the freezer leaving additional room for food on the shelving. We are happy with this purchase.

Pros: Great style and look Ample room. Cons - Poor insulation from the freezer: Items freeze and cans will explode on the refrigerator side if put near the freezer wall. - Slow ice making and limited ice capacity. We run out daily in the summer and did not nearly as often with out old Samsung. - Shelf spacing and adjustability is poor.

This review is not for the product, the refrigerator is great, BUT on the service. We were talked into buying the store repair service cause if anything happens to the refrigerator they the geeks are instantly there to fix it. NO INCORRECT, the door was slightly off and didn't seal correctly. Called the geeks made an appt which was one month or more, then after waiting over a month they cancel the appt on the day of the appt indicating that we canceled!! We called and they said that that was a job for the company, whirlpool, to do!!! So we should call them!! So why did they mske us wait more then a month and why do they lie about there insurance coverage. CORRUPT COMPANY is why I say.

Decent refrigerator but drawers are cheap plastic and ice dispenser is loud.

Came damaged. Had to wait and go through hassle of scheduling again. Back of the line.

Last 2 fridges bought 4 years apart both were dented. They only want to offer 150.00 instore credit. This time it went from 150 to 75 had to argue. I know if i sent it back they'd sell it scratch n dent 400.00 off. Each time it takes 2 months to get it. Forcing you to eat it. Im sooo done with them. Paid cash up front. Then delivery doesnt want to take it in house, catch guy picking up my gloves in garage looking at them so my son helped me haul it in. Im almost 60 with health problems. What a joke.

I do like the layout and look of this fridge. The only problem I have with it is a big one. The compressor motor is very noisy. It emits a constant squeaking sound whenever the compressor motor is running, which is about 90% of the time. How does a brand new fridge have a noisy squeaky motor!?!?!?!

This is a good unit. With the icemaker being in the door itself there is more space in the freezer. The unit is deeper than expected and so more fits. I have two refrigerators, both malfunctioned within a month of each other. I replaced both of the dead fridges with this and am happy with this new Whirlpool fridges.

Ice splatters gave to hold cup high when getting ice. Crush ice is messy

The size of this refrigerator is wonderful! We have three different eating styles in our home, (vegan, vegetarian, and carnivore) so, having the extra space with this model is so helpful. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because we have had issues with fresh produce freezing. We have been experimenting with readjusting the temperature to help solve the issue.

The ice maker is exceptionally loud. Basic refrigerator, few shelves, no frills.

This refrigerator has a lot of depth but not enough height. Doesn’t look as appealing if you have high ceilings.

Not good. I bought it to go with the other appliances that were in the house we just purchased. Delivered damaged which the delivery guy told me after it was in my house and had no choice to take it. He told me this wasn’t a good refrigerator he had one him self and had problems and now is returning it. The shelves don’t even fit on the refrigerator side only one went in. The back of the refrigerator is frosting up. They No more coming in until April so we either have to return it and reselect or return it and buy a different one all together somewhere else Because Best Buy does not have a lot in stock or available. I like the fact it’s big though but not good.

Unit did not work properly from day one. Getting the replacement has been Best Buys downfall in customer satisfaction!

Ice machine only makes one full cup of ice a day. Frustrating

Just bought it and already keeps freezing up on the freezer side, when this happens the fan in freezer cannot pull enough air to push into the refrigerator section, causing everything in the fridge to go bad. i have already unplugged it once to de-ice everything and it works good for a week then goes right back to this. I have the geek squad extended warranty also and when i called best buy i was told i have to get with the manufacturer. Im sorry but what the heck was the extended warranty sold if im not gonna get help on this issue from where i bought it?

Very poor quality. Refrigerator freezer door is not aligned. Loud sound coming from the refrigerator. The lighting in the refrigerator is horrible. The freezer docket is falling off.
