All I expected was a good working washer at an affordable price and so far so good, but I bought all Whirlpool appliances mostly for reliability so we will see how long it lasts.

I really liked the price but we have been having issues with the auto sensing and getting the machine to spin and drain properly.

My wife could not wait to get this washer. She loves the ease of use and how well it cleans our clothes.

Love that whirlpool put that agitator in this washer. I had owned one without, owned it for less than 4 years and it crapped out on me. It cleans my clothes and I love it.

great washing machine , special and quite ! The washer is from Best Buy ! Customer service were helpful I️ didn’t receive my washer on time so they re scheduled the delivery for another day , customer service called back to check if we are satisfied and happy .

A nice washer but a little noisy on water input and the tub is pretty deep. Easy to operate.

Bought this for my new house & used it first with washing towels. So many nice features to choose yet easy to use. I like that you can see the status of the load .

The washer over all gets the job done, its has a few good wash cycles with other cleaning options, like the soil selection to get heavily soiled clothing clean. The water temperature selection works half way decent as well.. The one big flaw this washers has is the water level auto sensing, it simple does not work. You can try to use it with a half load or just 1 or 2 pieces of light clothing, it fills the water to the rim regardless the amount of clothing. This is a confirmed factory defect since I had (3) three different washers same model delivered and all 3 had the same problem. If you are not worried about the extra water consumption this washer is the one for you. In my case this replaced a 15 year old Kenmore washer with similar height, width and dept. The alternative to getting another Kenmore washer was not acceptable since those machine reviews were horrible compared to this one. I wound up keeping this washer after the 3rd one was delivered since my space was limited and was more of a requirement than the additional water consumption.

I love the washer but I can't give it a five star because the auto sensing will not always work it will leave the clothes on the wash cycle and not rinse or spin it. I called a tech and they said I have to manually put it on rinse and spin and I know that's not true

The washer works really well for everything we need. it holds a nice load and the auto-sense feature for load size is wonderful when having the kids do laundry.

Went from a front load washer that died after 11yrs. Didn't want to spend a lot of money for another front load ,so read reviews and picked this Whirlpool top load because sounded like it washed find and lower cost. And it works pretty much like the reviews,washes good, noisier and vibrates more than front loader but was half the cost.

Needed a new washer. On sale for a very good price. Enjoying all the new features.

I needed a new washing machine for a rental property and this product fit in perfectly. The cost was reasonable and the machine works great.

I like it the hose is a lil short an I have to hold it to make sure it doesn't come out the sink. I'm going to purchase a longer hose and problem fixed

This washer exceeds my expectations. Quiet while it is running. Many different settings for various types of washes. Automatic water level adjustments according to load size is an awesome feature. Highly recommend this washer!!
