Great washer. I had previously looked online for a washer with Sears and had previously bought all our appliances through them but lately the customer support there has been real poor. I found this washer for a better price and we were able to get it delivered sooner than Sears would have had it out to us. Will be shopping for our future appliances @ Best Buy.

So far is a good washer,works perfect. Only the negative thing is when is on dry cycle, its a little noise and pronounced shake it

Works as intended and got it a a great price because it was open box! I do recommend it. I also bought the geek squad coverage plan which came in handy and paid for itself after 2 repairs. My only complaint is that the basic wash cycle takes about 40min. Which is longer than what my old one did.

I had a whirlpool previously and decided to stick with them. I love the features and ease of use. It washes everything great!!

When it comes to investing in something it's best (in my opinion) to stick with what you know, and I know whirlpool is a reliable brand. Truth is I haven't had a new washer in years so imagine my surprise when I bought this washer and used it for the first time. The washer was so quiet I thought maybe I forgot to turn it on, it would stop scrub then continue the process. I'm used to the older model which was so loud I guess I've gotten use to my old one. Needless to say I am happy with my purchase.

Our old washer blew up after 10 years of constant use. We purchased this one from Best buy and it works great. The locking lid is pretty silly but it gets the job done without taking out a second mortgage.

I just bought a new home & needed a washer & dryer, but didn't want to invest a HUGE amount of money in doing so. I have washer & dryer envy when I look at some of the new pedestal washer & dryer pairs because they LOOK so good. And they do so many things! But, I couldn't justify that expense. The set is working wonderfully for us & provides for all our needs, definitely!

Washer works great for small loads. I do like the features that are on there, I just wish the drum was a little bit bigger.

We left our old Whirlpool appliances in the old house when we moved and found them to be very reliable, so we are trying Whirlpool again. The washer seems to take a long time to complete a load, but clothes are clean. Reviews for major appliances should really be well down the road, rather than having Best Buy push you to write them within two weeks.

Needed this washer in a hurry. Read all kinds of reviews on line and headed to Best Buy. Lo and behold one of the washers that I read good reviews on was on sale. The salesman was very knowledgable and helped us, but I knew I wanted this model. The sale was fast and furious. The delivery was quick and very polite set up men to help with the hook up. In 10 minuets I had the washer going and am happy to say I am pleased with this washer. Good job cleaning and efficient as well.

It's amazing works really good easy to use........

I was trying to be a responsible first time home owner and not splurge on a washer and dryer so I went with this one as it was the cheapest I saw. It does its job, but it makes an annoying sound while washing. I would describe it as a dying duck. It also only allows you two water level options; either fill it all the way up or let it "auto sense" in which even if you have 5 shirts in there is fills it all the way up with water regardless. Next time I'll splurge on a different brand.

This washer has an agitator, therefore it ACTUALLY washes your clothes! Just like the older style ones. Great buy

This is a new washer so much for me to get used to. It does take more time than my old machine. I was told by the salesman that the clothes would come out much dried than my old machine but not true. Not only does the machine take longer, the dryer takes longer. It makes all kinds of weird noises but seems to be working ok

After 7 years with a super efficient model that half the time left parts of the load completely dry I love this washer because the auto sense mode gets the load wet enough, but if you need more for bulky things you can choose deep water mode. My only complaint is that it doesn't spin the laundry as dry as I would like.
