Good washer. Does a great job. Simple controls, not overly complicated. Easy to use. The only re3ason for the 4 stars is that it seems when you use warm water setting, the water feels very cool. In Whirlpool defense, the owners manual it does state that the water may not feel as warm as other washers. This is do to efficiency of the washer. Not convinced yet.

This washer is definitely the way to go if you're on a budget like I was. I usually go through a lot of clothes everyday since I work 7 days a week. This washer can handle the loads along with any bulk of bed sheets, towels, etc. Very quiet compared to other washers I've had in the past. I love the fact that it has a lock feature so that it will allow the wash to complete fully without any interruptions.

Very pleased with the quality thus far. A lot of bang for my buck. If you're not looking for all the bells and whistles this washer is perfect

Ok well here's the Washer I bought so far it's been great. I can't complain, even though I did see people walk out the store that particular day not happy about buying an item.I was very pleased because I waited for an hour for a truck to be unloaded and the manager let me get the washer at a good price.So thanks again. Not sure where the points went here either.

It's hard to find good quality, low maintance washer with an agitator these days. I very much prefer this washer to my previous front end loader. It suits my day to day washing needs.

Quite sound and does what supposed to do. Clean and efficient

My only word of caution is don't put too many clothes in a load or they won't get clean.

The load sensor on this machine can add to the washing time. When loads are small the machine seems to take a lot of time trying to figure out how much water to put into the machine. The way around this is to do a deep water wash, but for a small load, that is a waste of water.

Washer and dryer were purchased simultaneously, and we couldn't be happier to cash in on this model before they make these styles obsolete with the new federal regulations coming down the pike. If you don't have one of these older models, you'll be disappointed to find that the newer models cost more and don't work nearly as well. But you don't have to take my word for it.

We bought one of these for a short term rental property and do extensive linens every week with no problems. Then our high end, front loading washer kept having issues after four years of maybe three loads per week. After two repair attempts that exceeded the cost of buying this Whirlpool washer, new, we gave up. After great results in our rental, we decided to go with this very affordable, excellent washer for our own home, too. It handles huge loads (recommend don't overfill or detergent will not rinse clean as it uses less water, though there is a double rinse option.) We couldn't be happier with performance. The electronics are simpler, the washer handles large loads, It spins extremely well so dry time is faster, and our utility room is enclosed, so noise isn't a problem. Would highly recommend for value for purchase price, volume of laundry it can handle, efficiency, ability to handle consistent use.

I needed to buy my older mother-in-law a washer that has a good rep and economical. This was perfect for her especially since she didn't need a huge one

We had a Samsung washer/dryer for about a year and have had nothing but issues with Lowes and Samsung's customer service. Best Buy has had been great on customer service and delivery. No complaints.

Washer has agitator but it does not move much. There is no quick wash cycle. There are two settings which are not labelled to do anything. The washing cycles take much longer than previous machine.

I wish it didn't have water sensors in it would like to set the water level myself but I wanted an agitator in it and it's hard to find them any more so I settled for this one. So far clothes seem clean so it must be doing it's job.

Whirlpool washer's are one of the best on the market. It saves on water, of which we really like. Over the years we've only had whirlpool washers, except for our very first washer.

It is very noisy, not sure if this is normal or if it is defective.

I was looking at a lower priced option and chose the Whirlpool over the Amana. I made the right choice.

Washing machine is great fills water to the top for good cleaning

Washer works well, though we noticed a dent in the control panel after it was delivered and installed.

This washing machine works really well. It's smaller than we had before, but we don['t need a big machine. The auto fill is great.
