    Does not get the clothes clean. The agitator is very loud. I definitely wish I would have purchased a higher end washer. Not pleased at all.

    Replaced a late '90s GE washer that came with the townhouse. It made more noise than cleaned the clothes and finally gave up the ghost--in other words, it cost more to repair than replace. Since there's just the two of us our washer doesn't get much use, so I did a lot of research on basic washers. The research paid off as this Made in America washer is comparably very quiet, easy to use and efficient--a real pleasure (for a washer). The GE made annoying noises for every cycle, even while adding the water. So, I must assume that this staid and quiet washer wastes less energy because it takes energy to make annoying noises. Plus, the BB delivery and haul-away made the whole deal a heck of a lot easier. Finally, I did it all online and did not have to leave the house in order to part with my hard-earned dollars. In summary, we are very satisfied with the overall experience. Thanks for making my life easier Bestbuy!
