This washer is great. It will fill water to the size of the load in the washer. It also lets you fill up the fabric softner and it dispenses it at the appropriate time.

The only thing I don't like is you can't add to it once it start. Or if you don't load it within 3 min it will let out the water and you have to start over

I have had this going on 3 weeks now and had about 2 weeks of backed up laundry to do when they were delivered. I will say this, my clothes, towels, and sheets have never felt cleaner and softer. I read tons of reviews about the auto fill sensor not putting enough water in the drum to completely clean the items inside, and this almost turned me off the washer all together. But after around 20 loads I have had no issues with this at all. I also read reviews where people said that soiled items were not getting thoroughly cleaned. So far again, zero issues! My biggest gripe about this washer, and the reason I rated it 4 stars not 5 is the noise. This machine is LOUD. I am lucky to have my laundry room in a separate area from my living space with a door closing it off. If not, the constant, banging, and noises when it is transitioning between cycles would drive me insane. I was prepared for the sounds after reading reviews, but was still convinced it was messed up the first few washes. All in all its a good looking washer that so far has not let me down. I do at least 4 loads a week consisting of clothes, towels, sheets, and rugs, and have had nothing but pleased results.

It is too small and it is working not properly. You will never get clean cloth. Don't recommended, LG or Samsung will be better choice.

need to get used to newer type of washer--doesn't use much water and won't let you open machine if you forget something-- seems to run very quiet

Had washer and dryer installed everything was great ,but,they did not level the dryer to the same hite as the washer, wife was not happy

The washer doesn't even put enough water in the tub to cover all the clothes. I watched it wash and two items on top never even moved to the bottom to get washed. It doesn't have an agitator, it has what is called a center piece, which does nothing. very disappointed

I wish I read the reviews first. It does not drain well at all. The clothes come out almost damped. Even If I run the Spin twice and then I have to run the drying cycle twice also, what a waste of energy. The washing cycle takes to long too. I don't know if the clothes are rinsed nor washed very well because it only uses very little water on each cycle and it does not even cover all the clothes.

This machine works and that's the best I can say. It is a high efficiency model so it uses less water and energy but your clothes aren't clean. If you do something outdoors that may involve a little soil, and leaves, prepare to wash clothes twice with this machine. Anything more likely to stain such as cooking oils, paints or blood prepare to throw that garment out.

Has the same problem that the other had. Same noise when spinning.

Machine doesn't finish cycles all the time. Have to reset. Other than that decent cheap machine.

This is a great washer for the price. It has lots of options and does a clean wash in about an hour. The only down side is that it is very loud throughout most of the cycle. Won't bother you too much if it's not on the same floor where you are. We have it in the basement and can still hear it cycling but doesn't bother us if we have the tv on or are outside (obviously!).

This Washer is smaller than I expected. Research and compare washer sizes before purchasing.

I like it but it's very slow . And the door locks and it's a pain to add clothes

This Whirlpool washer replaces a big name brand, high end HE washer that didn't last 3 years. I didn't want to put repair money into it because I loathed that machine the whole time we owned it. It malfunction a lot, only washed in tepid and cold water temperatures no matter what setting I chose and was told by the technician that this is normal. Normal??? I don't feel it even got the clothes clean. I've only had my new Whirlpool washer for 2 weeks and I love it. It only has the 3.5 cu. ft. tub but I have no problem washing quilts and blankets in it. The best part is I actually get hot and warm water temperatures. There is a bleach dispenser even though it's not mention. You can open the lid to look inside (unlike with my former washer). It only locks at certain times during the washing cycle. My laundry comes out clean (unlike with my former washer). I would def buy this washer again. As for the delivery to my home, it was one of the best experiences. The two delivery men were professional and courteous, knew exactly what they were doing. Best Buy is my new go to store for major appliances.

Price is very reasonable for item. Washer is a bit loud but tolerable. Washer is large and makes large loads of jeans easy. Settings are clear and it is very simply to use.
