Noisy and poor
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Washer sounded like it was grinding up gravel. Service tech indicated it was normal. Also did not fill with even enough water to get all clothes wet. Again this was normal and attributed to energy saving feature. Very poor.

Not loving this washer
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not crazy about this washer. I wish I knew that you have to put all your clothes in and detergent in 1st and then turn the water on. The water trickles out and then stops, I like to pre treat clothes with spray and then using the running water and I can't do that with this washer, the water turns off when you open the lid

Not worth the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It had to be repaired 3 times in 4 years. Then it would cost more to fix than to buy a new one it's not a good value if you need to buy a new one in 4 years .

Would not recommend
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The washers water sensor does not allow enough water to get the clothes clean or rinsed properly. That only happens if you wash 2 or 3 times or soak in a bucket. The machine does not allow clothes to soak.

Terrible
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After hooking up my washing machine, it didn't even work. A technician had to be sent out to fix it, they wouldn't even send me a new machine. Terrible customer service.

Ok, not thrilled
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very loud on the spin cycle, every load. I'm careful to distribute loads evenly at the beginning. Spin cycle sounds like the tub is banging all over the place inside. I have to run two rinses on every load. On every dark load I find at least one piece of clothing that still has detergent residue. Using HE detergent. I'm sure it's on the light loads as well but not noticeable. I do not like that there is no short cycle like I had on my front loader. A load takes right on an hour. No way to run a short cycle if needing something in a hurry. My mom's non HE machine runs a load in 15 minutes. I'm not sure how an HE machine running an hour is more efficient than a non-HE running for 15 minutes.

Audible is not the same as noisy!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just because the machine makes normal, expected, audible sounds while it's operating, does NOT mean it should be incorrectly called noisy. That is unfair! Hey, it's a machine doing work. It's going to make sounds. Furthermore, don't call it noisy just because it's making sounds different than those made by your old technology washer - sounds with which you most likely are unfamiliar. Even the quietest, most expensive cars going down the road are going to produce some road noise. This doesn't make them noisy, simply because they can be heard! Only call this washer noisy if you hear high-decibels - cover your ears, get me out of here - type noises. That's noisy! Otherwise, simply classifying audible, working sounds as noise is misleading, and an unfair review.

nice washer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This washer is a nice washer. I like the autofill option of it detecting the load size. It has a nice deep drum. The only thing I do not like is that it has a 700 rpm max spin. The sales associate told me it had a 1200 rpm. The clothes are a little wetter than my liking. I am exchanging it for an LG which offers 1100 rpm spin. But that is personal preference.

Worst product I ever bought
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This washing machine is quite terrible. First of all, be aware there is no way to select a load size. It is supposed to automatically do this based on the contents, but I have to repeatedly wash loads because it would complete the cycle and some of the articles are still completely dry (the manual says this is to be expected because the spin feature is so high tech it actually dries the clothes - this is not true - they are not getting washed). If I open the washer during the filing process or when washing you can tell there is not enough water to adequately wash the clothes. I tried to override this feature by selecting 'bulky items' or 'deep water wash' and that worked for a while. Now, when I do that, it won't complete the entire cycle. It will wash and then stop and never go to rinse or spin - I have to manually set it for each of those cycles. It will also do this when I wash on cool for some reason. The 'normal' cycle completes its entire process about a third of the time. I also find it tedious how long it takes to fill the tank because of the automatic sensor feature - it takes forever and is quite loud too. I only bought this about 5 months ago, but Best Buy can't help me because it's beyond their return policy time. Avoid this product at all costs!

Does the job for simple wash
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been using two washers, one my mothers, which was 30 years old, and the other was about 15. Compared to those, this seems very good. Have had it for about 3 months. Don't have really dirty clothes but have washed knits, sheets and towels and have not once had unbalanced load, which was common. Not near here you can hear, so can't comment on loudness. Like all new machines it takes longer but so far am pleased.

Just okay
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the variety of choices for washing, i.e. different types of clothing, dirtiness of clothes, rinses, etc. I do not like the automatic, energy efficient water level sensor. If I have a load that is especially dirty and I want extra water for that load, too bad. I have had clothes come out of the machine with dry spots due to the inadequate water level. Then I have to send that load through again, so I don't see any water savings by washing the same load twice. I also notice even when using the delicate cycle due to the lack of water, clothes come out extra wrinkled due to the cycling of clothes through the least amount of water the machine feels is needed.

Excellent washer at the right price.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We are very pleased with our new washer. It is lighter and easier to move than most. The controls are very intuitive. It isn't entirely silent, but I wouldn't call it noisy either. Clothes come out clean.

Lock lid issue
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After washing 2 loads, the empty machine had been off for a while. When I went to empty dryer I noticed the washer had the lid locked light on. Pushing start/stop button did nothing. Had to unplug/plug in washer and the light eventually went out. Hoping this was just a fluke.

Loud and useless
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this because it was the only model with an agitator. I do not like that you can't change load size once you press start, it drains if you forget to close the lid, there is no soak setting, I have to wash everything on bulky or there won't be enough water for even small loads, and it is loud!
