Price matched with Costco. Costco would have been a better option. Purchased the 5yr extended warranty. The machine broke within 3 MONTHS. Every 6-8 months the same problem would crop up. After 3 yrs, Best Buy canceled my extended warranty, because I used it TOO MUCH. They refused to make good on my junk washer. I used the warranty TOO much!! Really? That didn't tell them that the machine was defective? I told them that 3 or more repairs for the same problem makes it a lemon. They replied that I didn't call 3 times within the same year! No, only twice a year!! They sold me junk and refused to make good on it.

I had this unit for less than 3yrs with at most 3 loads per month usage. stop working. Would not consider another Whirlpool washer.

I love it, the only thing I don't, is the fact that I cannot control water level, other than that, the washer is great.

Love this washer. It beats our front load that we had previously. It gets the clothes clean and does a great job. Not to noisy but slightly louder than our frontload but it gets clothes clean!!!

it looks small but actually it is pretty big. it is not that silent. washes good. many options for washing. can wash shoes.

Not too big, I can't put 2 Comforters in but works great!

This washer was to replace a broken one. I wouldn't get a different one really love it.

Everything I had hoped for. It washes great and doesn't use as much water.

We bought two of these (returned the first). Both washers got stuck in the wash cycle and would not progress further. We called the mfr. and they recommended flipping the circuit breaker and restarting after a minute. It worked for one wash load and now it gets stuck in the was cycle where the wash light stays on and it sits there doing nothing. We asked the customer service rep if they are having issues and they said not but how do you account for two lemons in a row. I told my wife to order something else after we return this.

I'm not very happy with this washer less than a-year-old and I Already had to call the technician for the one-year warranty. In my area they're not readily available so I've had a 2 week wait. Now I found its the control board and I have to wait another week.

The washer doesn't get the clothes clean. Will not remove stains. Very ineffective!

Our washer was purchased on 8/1 and was delivered on 8/3. Two days, not bad! The delivery men set it up, but did not run it. Told my husband that he could follow the written guide. When we followed directions to run it later that same day, it did not work.. The Whirlpool rep he contacted went over everything with him on the phone- figured out that the washer was in the diagnostic mode, and would not stop. (Also, the delivery men had reversed the hot and cold water hoses). When we called Best Buy we were told that the soonest we could get it replaced would be on 8/10, a week later. Not good!
