The washer does a good job. It has a lot of settings and gets the clothes very clean.

Love this washer so far. It does everything for you. You basically just throw your clothes in and hit start! It determines the size of the load and the correct amount of water! Ain't technology grand!

I purchased this washer online. Decided this Whirlpool was the best one for me. It was delivered within the week. It did come with a few dents but nothing you would notice or major and they immediately gave me 30% off the price! I am really happen with this washer and the customer service I received from Best Buy! I have been a long-time customer and will continue to be one!

Once you get past all the weird noises that it makes it seems to be a very good washer. My wife loves it.

It washes our clothes well and in a reasonable time. My daughter really appreciates the way she can wash only a few things and it stays balanced.

So far, I have found this washing machine a great bang for the buck . It does a nice a job . My only complaint is coming from from a regular washer to an "he " washer is quite a change . It takes a very long time to wash in comparison . You need to wait around an hour for it to be done with a load.

This washer is easy to use and very quiet compared to the last one I had. I like that I can put in a full size comforter easily into the washer.

Overall I'm pleased with this washer. It's pretty easy to figure out. There are only two things I'm not crazy about. Not a fan of not being able to pick my water level although that's standard on all new washers now. The other is it takes over an hour to wash a basic load of normal clothes. But I can live with these things. It's fairly quiet, my son sleeps in our finished basement and the laundry room is down there. He's not complained about any noise. I only had to show him once how to run it. In my opinion if a 19 boy can catch on that easy I'm not going to complain about the other stuff.

It's a little noisy and the settings are kind of odd but it does the job.

Wasn't looking for anything big this washer was just the right size for the 4 of us perfect pricing and great quality love my purchase

We purchased this washer as a set and we are so pleased with them both. Large washer with great cycle options. Great option for a family!

The top loader gets some getting use to, especially since the water levels are really low for every setting. I typically set my washer on the bulky/bedding cycle because it releases the most water--I feel that the more water it has the better the clothes is washed. Preferably, you allow the water to reach its height, pause it, then pour the detergent and fabric softener (or pour it as the water level rises) and THEN you put the clothes in. I don't recommend putting the clothes first then allowing it fill with water; although it still does the job, I believe it washes better if you allow the water level to rise first and then dump your clothes inside. In all, I got a good deal on the appliances because they were open box. This product is relatively affordable and does the job.

This washer is really great. It does its job and no fancy things needed to do it. It washes.

I purchased the matching set and am very happy with both pieces. I was a little skeptical at first about not needing to select a load size because the machine automatically senses the size. But after over a month of use, all of my clothes, towels, sheets, etc have come out clean. I like that you can select the soil level and number of rinses.
