It works great for a very good price. The capacity is super large!! The only thing is that the wash cycles are appropriately an hour long.

I really like this washing machine. It is simple and easy to use. Get clothes clean . Not super quiet but not overly noisy either.

I purchased this washer in June, 2019 and have no big complaints about its performance. It has a large wash bin with agitator, which I like. Also, has a vast variety of HE settings that allow you to save on time and water. My only issue is that if you put any type heavier item in you have to do it as bulky sheets. I mean if you have plush towels you have wash them as bulky sheets. If you put a neck pillow in with two sets of sheets ( no comforter or anything like that) bulky sheets, or the machine will not complete the cycle. You have to cancel the process or it will run continuously, because it will not go into a spin. So you have to cancel and start over in bulky sheet setting. Washer can run for hours this way if you're watching it.

This machine does a good job washing, it handles a good size load. It’s quiet.

The first washer delivered was damaged. The second washer was returned but the third washer performs well. The washer is fairly quiet and Best Buy/Geek Squard did an excellent job in delivery, communications and redelivery schedules.

This machine washes well and quietly. The only thing that stopped me from giving it 5 stars is that it does not have an audible finished alarm.

Best purchase I made. Has a lot of features. Washes the clothes and bedding great, comes out looking cleaner and softer. It had everything I was looking for. It is quite. I also got free delivery too.

In all the reviews I read about this before I purchased it, why did no one mention that it does not have an audible signal to tell you when the wash cycle is complete? It may seem silly, but for this reason alone, I would not buy this washer for myself again. I also don't really like the auto sensing feature. Accommodates bigger loads than I need at this point in my life (empty nester), but I think it would be great for a family who needs a washer that can handle big loads.

Did some online pre shopping at both Best Buy and Lowe's. Saw the same machine within a dollar of each other. Went to Best Buy first because it was closer. Had a exchange with the appliance manager that was helpful. I showed him what I found and told him if he would honor my 10% military discount that Lowe's offers, I will buy right now. He got it done and I bought. Delivery was within an acceptable timeframe. The delivery team was professional and thorough. A great experience overall. The machine itself has been a dream the first month.

It washes and spins well. I’m still getting adjusted to the different sounds it makes. I find some of the wash cycles long.

I had a front load previous to this unit. The top load is not as good, but for the price this unit works well.
