Thank you for keeping promise of day/ time of delicious service. Appreciated! However, I requested the Warranty within the 15 days timeframe and there seems to be a misunderstanding. Unsure why I did not receive confirmation of the Warranty plan.? Otherwise, service has been great!

Instructions are not real clear on how to start. You expect once you hit the start button, you expect it to start filling with water. Lights flash for a good minute or so before filling. Me being by my self, did not need all the dials to wash clothes. It is a good washer.

The whirlpool washing machine is outstanding. It cleans the clothes in record time.

Best Buy is not at fault but Whirlpool is. I’ve had no working washer now for a month. The washer’s control board failed under warranty. Whirlpool contracts with Via Appliance for warranty servicing. And Via contracts with an unknown distributor for parts. Via informed that the part was back-ordered but I found the part immediately available on the ‘net at whirlpoolparts.com, Amazon (had 20 of them) and another supplier. Why is this backordered for weeks when available so many other places? I tried calling Whirlpool customer service directly. After being on hold for 25 minutes, no help or answers. Bottom line: There’s a risk of failure with this washer. Secondly, the warranty is worthless, Again BB is not ar fault but should be aware.

Ive always used Whirlpool! They are the best hands down. The Whirlpool set I put before this set lasted 15 years before I bought these and I gave the old set to my daughter who is still currently using. You can't beat Whirlpool. Made to last just like the good old days.
