Always get the service agreement, I guess. Whirlpool has always been a good brand for us.

I'm not crazy about the electric start button. It seems like something that could easily/quickly wear out. But so far it does a good job cleaning the clothes.

You expect once you hit the start button, you expect it to start filling with water. Lights flash for a good minute or so before filling. Me being by my self, did not need all the dials to wash clothes. It is a good washer.
