I am enjoying using my new Whirlpool top load washer.

Good so far. We had an install problem on delivery & Best Buy had to come back out several days later to get it corrected.

The Whirlpool washer is working well for us, happy that it was delivered fast, so I wouldn’t have piles of laundry to do!

First wash went great, but then after rhe second wash, the lid just kept locking and unlocking. Not sure why its doing rhat

Really like the water efficiency on the washer. The only thing I am having trouble with is remembering to press start if I open the lid once its started. Lol

This was a great deal for this washing machine. Better than any other stores deals. I guess that's why they call themselves Best Buy eh? Always a good choice!

The washer has been working well. Only issue was getting use to the controls. Need to change the type of wash selection each time for it to engage. Even if you are using the same cycle.

Very upset with the handling of our delivery. Ordered in the store 1/16/2025. Delivery set up for 1/21/2025. Was not delivered and we received no call as to why or to reschedule. Since it snowed that week I gave it a few more days. Still not hearing anything I called the store and was told I needed to reschedule. So now it's scheduled for 1/30/2025. The day before I was informed by email to reschedule again. This upset me and I called the store to see what was going on. When I received no help or information I asked for a manager. I was told there was not a manager in the store! I was ready to cancel my order and this has been an incident that will keep me from doing business with Best But. I talked to 3 different people with the last lady being the only help I received. She kept me from cancelling. My new delivery date was 2/4/2025. I was without a washing machine for a few days shy of a month! I was given a case no. (351631218). I called and gave them the number and they said someone would contact me. It is now 3/21/2025 and I have still not heard from anyone. I think I deserve some kind of compensation for all this trouble, time and expense..

A little loud but washes fine. Tub is smaller than my previous machine but doesn't make a huge difference for me.

Owned my washer for less than a year and its been out of comission for 3 weeks now. I live alone and travel a lot for work, so it wasnt like I was overusing the washer. Not only did the belt wear out, but the control board is shot. I called whirlpool, they sent a tech out and the tech told me this is a super common issue with these. Im now waiting on a part from the manufacturer so the tech can come back and fix. This part is also on back order (shocking). So my washer is completely useless until the control board is fixed. Luckily its covered under my warranty but still a pain! Look elsewhere - this model isnt it.

I like it, works great, but it is a bit noisy when it goes through the cycles.

The salesman didn't try to sell me anything higher, he found me a great deal at a great price

I bought this washer because i needed rite away. Not really satified with it. I hope it will last a year.
