The machine has been in operable for two months, despite being under manufacturer warranty. Whirlpool has given me no updates as to when my part is expected and continues to give me the runaround to complete the repair. My issue is a common problem with this model, and should have resulted in a recall of the product. However, whirlpool would rather just put a Band-Aid on it. This issue has been going on for two months and does not appear to have an end date. Awful purchase. Whirlpool no longer represents quality products or a positive customer experience. I will never purchase another one of these appliances.

I reached out to the manufacture since it was under one year manufacture warranty before the GEEK SQUAD would kick in. I had to wait a week before service tech saw my appliance, he replaced two parts but apparently that didn't fix the problem! So, now they're waiting on a part that's on back order because of parts high demand. It'll be over a month or more before I can use the appliance. UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER .
