I clearly told them multiple times to deliver the washer to my mom's address, but they completely ignored my instructions. Sure enough, the washer was delivered to my house instead—not where it was supposed to go! Now I have to deal with this unnecessary hassle because they didn't listen during the purchase. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional service. Would not recommend buying from here if you expect them to get something as simple as delivery right.

Called Best Buy to schedule a repair. They scheduled my repair. On the day of the repair, the technician said “We don’t do repairs. You need to call Whirlpool.” I called Whirlpool and made another appointment. On the morning of that appointment, I called to find out when the technician was coming and they said he isn’t. He’s not coming to work today. Now, I’m scheduled for the following week. Needless to say, this has been a huge disappointment.

Crazy to believe that main parts you need to ensure the machine works were missing
