It does not fill up entirely and, although it says that it is a "water-reducer" item, I have had to use a bucket to complete the filling cycle. It also does not rinse the clothes - leaving steaks of remaining detergent.

Was the washer recently installed?
Before washing your first load, it is recommended to run an empty cycle using HE detergent and the ""Quick Wash"" setting to clean the drum and prepare the dispenser.
Was the correct wash temperature selected, and were the hoses connected correctly?
Water Temperature: Use hot or warm washes for fabrics that can safely handle them, following garment care labels. The Casual or Delicate cycle can increase the water level, which helps reduce the chance of dye transfer. Note that even cold wash settings may use some warm water to maintain a minimum temperature.
Hose Connection: Verify that the hot water inlet hose is connected to the household hot water supply and the cold water hose is connected to the cold water supply. Reversed hoses can lead to warm rinsing water, which may set wrinkles. Refer to your Installation Instructions for details.
Water Supply: Ensure both hot and cold household water faucets are completely turned on for proper fill.
Cycle and Settings Selection
Cycle selection is essential, as each is an optimized combination of agitation/tumbling speed, spin speed, and water temperature, tailored to fabric type and soil level.
TEMPERATURE: Select a wash temperature based on fabric and soil level, using the warmest setting safe for your fabric.
SOIL LEVEL (Wash Time): Select a setting (Light, Extra Heavy, or Extra Power) that matches your load's soil level. Lighter settings can help reduce tangling and wrinkling.

Detergent and Additives
Are you using HE or High-Efficiency Detergent?
Use only HE detergent and always measure the correct amount. Excess suds from non-HE detergent or over-dosing HE detergent can cause poor cleaning performance, reduced spin speed, and error codes.
Follow the detergent manufacturer's dosage amount based on concentration (e.g., 2x, 4x, 8x), soil level, and load size. Larger detergent pacs should only be used for large or heavily soiled loads.

Were Laundry Additives used?
Fabric Softener: Measure the softener and dilute it before adding it to the rinse portion of a cycle only. Adding it to the wash water or using too much, especially on smaller loads, can cause staining or discoloration.
Liquid Chlorine Bleach: Follow manufacturer directions. Undiluted bleach will damage fabric. Always measure; do not exceed the recommended amount for a full load.
Loading and Sorting
Were the clothes properly loaded?
For proper cleaning, items must move freely. Reduce load size if necessary. Load items in loose heaps evenly around the washplate.

It does not get enough water to even cover the clothes and agitation is side-to-side, just shaking clothing, I put a dark towel on the top of the load and it stayed on the top for the whole wash.

Its a dud

Best buy will not help because it falls under Whirlpool warranty and Whirlpool says the part is on backorder and they do not know when they will have a replacement part. They have been having a lot of issues with this machine's control panel. Very disappointed with service and product!

Terrible washer

About a month ago the motor on the washer would run after the cycle was finished. It's gotten so bad that I'm going to have to pay for somebody to fix the problem. Having a washer break a little after a year of owning it, is ridiculous.

Stopped working

Horrible brand

Poor Wash Cycles

This machine doesn't wash properly. First off, doesn't use enough water for a load, even with the deep was option, not enough water. I have pulled out laundry where jeans were still on top as when loaded, and partially dry. Agitator will note rotate the clothes in the drum. I'm past the return date, will have to buy and throw this one away or have the delivery take it. Will shop at another vendor.
