Appreciated! However, I requested the Warranty within the 15 days timeframe and there seems to be a misunderstanding. Unsure why I did not receive confirmation of the Warranty plan.? Otherwise, service has been great!

I’ve had no working washer now for a month. The washer’s control board failed under warranty. Whirlpool contracts with Via Appliance for warranty servicing. And Via contracts with an unknown distributor for parts. Via informed that the part was back-ordered but I found the part immediately available on the ‘net at whirlpoolparts.com, Amazon (had 20 of them) and another supplier. Why is this backordered for weeks when available so many other places? I tried calling Whirlpool customer service directly. After being on hold for 25 minutes, no help or answers. Bottom line: There’s a risk of failure with this washer. Secondly, the warranty is worthless, Again BB is not ar fault but should be aware.

The Whirlpool set I put before this set lasted 15 years before I bought these and I gave the old set to my daughter who is still currently using. You can't beat Whirlpool. Made to last just like the good old days.
