It has a deep tub without taking up space in the laundry room. It has sensors for water fill and anything else you can think of for the cycles. Very efficient and I will be able to wash comforters and blankets in it. The spin cycle is quiet and efficient. Love this machine.

Can’t do big loads. No fabric softener dispenser. Had to buy a downy ball. No end of cycle notification. The two things I like are, I can change the water level to get a deep wash. Less lint left on clothes and it has a great spin on it. Clothes don’t come out dripping wet.

An employee was very helpful with my purchase and got my delivery scheduled. The Geek Squad showed up on the day scheduled and even an hour or so earlier than expected. They were extremely kind and efficient at hauling out the old and installing the new. Wonderful experience.

High Efficiency Top Load Washer with 2 in 1 Removable Agitator - White on 10/7/24 with pickup on 10/13/24. Washing machine stopped working and sounded like an MRI machine on 5/14/25. Service (through Whirlpool) came to repair on 5/19/25 and stated the MOTOR and CAPACITOR needed to be replaced. Service came to replace motor and capacitor on 5/27/25. Washing machine STILL NOT WORKING!!!! Now, they say it needs a new motherboard and leaver harness but aren't sure that is the issue either!! This washing machine is 7 months old and supposedly from a reputable company. How many times do we need to play guessing games on what is wrong before it is replaced?? When I spoke with Whirlpool Customer Service, Jamie informed me that it takes as many times as it takes, and she can't transfer me to someone else to speak with because "they don't do that". Do yourself a favor and purchase something else!!!!!!
