It works good better then what i thought good washer

So far,it works great. The tub was a lot bigger than what I was expecting. I bought it online so didn't actually see it first. Easy enough to operate.

A little noisy otherwise ok. Price reasonable. Size good.

Washer works great. The delivery team did a good job of making sure it was hooked up correctly with no leaks and started it through a cycle. They also took the old washer.

So far it is great. I don't think it cleans as well without the agitator, but it's sufficient enough. Does not do a great job of getting rid of pet hair.

The washer fills with water, and then refuses to spin and makes a horrible sound. It continues making that sound until I unplug the washer. I then plug the washer back in, canceled the wash cycle to drain it, and then reset it again. I re calibrated the washer, and tried again. It still did the same thing after trying to washer. I scheduled a service with Whirlpool and the technician did not even attempt to check anything... All he said was that Whirlpool does not test with clothes in the washer. It did run while he was there, and then I tried to run a load and the same thing happened again. Pretty frustrated with the agent and scheduling service since by the time the agent arrived to do nothing, the return period for my washer ended (thanks Hurricane Beryl as well for the delay!). Overall please do yourself a favor and don't buy this. Spend some more money and get a better brand, and for God's sake buy one that simply fills up with water and spins. All this new, unnecessary tech in the washer is most likely what's causing the issues and again Whirlpool service tech refuses to address the issue.

Washer and dryer was delivered as promised. Washer worked well for ~10 months and has had a control board failure. Repair times have been very poor. Technician stated, "part is on back order, lots of customers needing it replaced." Do with that what you want. For the combo dryer, installation group wouldn't install gas hose because it wasn't mounted the way they wanted, but no big deal, I corrected that. The next day I am checking the connection for natural gas leak and find that the machine itself is leaking natural gas under the unit. I called for eventual replacement. I am lowering the overall rating due to the multiple issues with the units and long wait times for repair. I called Whirlpool for an escalation or reimbursement and was told to kindly kick rocks. Best Buy also refused to amend the situation (Note: I am Total Protection Coverage member so this especially disappointed me.

Love it except for the fact that that water only comes on after you turn it on and close the lid.
