The washer makes loud noise when the water is turned off during a cycle, gets stuck in various stages of a cycle, it's shaking bad on the normal spin cycle to where the walls and the supply and discharge lines shake and transmit the vibration to the pipes in the wall. I have to press the start button for 3 secs to cancel and start again. Very disappointed and im stuck with it as it cant be replaced/returned by Best Buy since it's outside of the 14 days window. Whirpool was not available to schedule service as they work Monday to Friday only and was told they experience very long waiting times on the phone. I can only imagine what the waiting time for actual service will be.

The machine has been in operable for two months, despite being under manufacturer warranty. Whirlpool has given me no updates as to when my part is expected and continues to give me the runaround to complete the repair. My issue is a common problem with this model, and should have resulted in a recall of the product. However, whirlpool would rather just put a Band-Aid on it. This issue has been going on for two months and does not appear to have an end date. Awful purchase. Whirlpool no longer represents quality products or a positive customer experience. I will never purchase another one of these appliances.
