The delivery, and set up was quick. I’ve only washed twice, and the clothes were cleaned. The sound isn’t too loud at all. So far so good.

Excellent washer! The quality is amazing. And we got a great deal at Best Buy. My favorite place to get my appliances.

Originally the washer dropped off had a defective sensor. Had to make a few calls but ultimately they replaced it with a new working one. Thanks, now works great!

I purchased my WP washer 2 weeks ago and the thing is so noisy! My parents purchased the same one 8 months ago and its noisy as well! It clangs and sounds like metal banging every few minutes

Buyer beware! I have had this machine for less than a year and it is broken. The motherboard is fried. The machine has been in operable for two months, despite being under manufacturer warranty. Whirlpool has given me no updates as to when my part is expected and continues to give me the runaround to complete the repair. My issue is a common problem with this model, and should have resulted in a recall of the product. However, whirlpool would rather just put a Band-Aid on it. This issue has been going on for two months and does not appear to have an end date. Awful purchase. Whirlpool no longer represents quality products or a positive customer experience. I will never purchase another one of these appliances.

Love my washer so far..Wish I would've purchased a larger washer but was on a Budget

The washing mashine was delivered on 1/17/2025 and ive experienced issues as soon as the 14 days return window expired. The washer makes loud noise when the water is turned off during a cycle, gets stuck in various stages of a cycle, it's shaking bad on the normal spin cycle to where the walls and the supply and discharge lines shake and transmit the vibration to the pipes in the wall. I have to press the start button for 3 secs to cancel and start again. Very disappointed and im stuck with it as it cant be replaced/returned by Best Buy since it's outside of the 14 days window. Whirpool was not available to schedule service as they work Monday to Friday only and was told they experience very long waiting times on the phone. I can only imagine what the waiting time for actual service will be.

We purchased this washer expecting a new product, but what we received appeared used or refurbished. It arrived with random scratches, the control panel was a noticeably different color (a light blue instead of what was advertised), and the tank already contained water that spilled during transport. This was extremely disappointing and gave the impression of a returned or secondhand item being sold as new. We ultimately kept it only because our previous washer has been down for a while, but we are very dissatisfied with this purchase

I am amazed how well this little washer worked, cleaned everything great. No twisted up pieces.

Machine works fine and got it at a great value but when it came to the water hoes that connect to the wall they were not provided even though it was stated by the cashier that it would be included. Crazy to believe that main parts you need to ensure the machine works were missing

Washer appliance broke down after two and a half months from purchase. I reached out to the manufacture since it was under one year manufacture warranty before the GEEK SQUAD would kick in. I had to wait a week before service tech saw my appliance, he replaced two parts but apparently that didn't fix the problem! So, now they're waiting on a part that's on back order because of parts high demand. It'll be over a month or more before I can use the appliance. UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER .
