I clearly told them multiple times to deliver the washer to my mom's address, but they completely ignored my instructions. Sure enough, the washer was delivered to my house instead—not where it was supposed to go! Now I have to deal with this unnecessary hassle because they didn't listen during the purchase. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional service. Would not recommend buying from here if you expect them to get something as simple as delivery right.
