Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a nice quality washer for the price but beware that this model is known to have manufacturer defect control panel issues that make it so that the cycle does not switch to the rinse cycle after wash as it does not determine that the cycle has been drained. This issue happened a little more than a year after purchasing where the cycle light remained a solid green (not blinking). I was told it was common for the washer model and my repair was free (from the manufacturer).

I put the washer on deep water wash for extra water in the wash and I use extra rinse cycle. The washer is not noisy and the lid locks for added security until the cycle is complete. Tub is large enough to hold a medium weight spread easily. Turn dials for cycles and a tap water dial for wash in cold water only. HE washer

The only issue is the load size sensor doesn’t seem to have a “stop” point to let the user know when to hit start. As we get used to it, we are getting good at guessing the right time to hit the start button.
