Best Buy shipping on the other hand is atrocious. It took a month to come in & it was beat up and dented so we asked for another one. Took ANOTHER MONTH to get a new one. We went TWO MONTHS with NO WASHER because of how slow Best Buy was.. awful.

It is unreliable and began malfunctioning within months of purchase. It randomly makes noises and begins draining even when it is not on. The washer stops working in the middle of a cycle. I will not be buying a Whirlpool again.

Washer started making noises even though it wasnt on. Had it fixed under warranty. Works ok now but its really loud now.

Large capacity. Only con is that cycle takes a long time to complete wash cycle compared to my old no HE top load washer.

Great washer at a great price!

I'm very happy with my purchase so far, but I have not used all the features yet. It does a very good job, and I was especially glad to get the option of putting in sheets and quilts. The high capacity was very important. I also like the deep wash option so I can use more water if needed.

Whirlpool 3.9 Top Load Washer

Makes room for large loads and keep clothes in good shape with this specially designed smooth impeller that provides more capacity. (Compared to an agitator washer.)

Does the job until the transmission leaks

My only complaint is that I bought this washer in September 2018, roughly 2.5 years ago, and the transmission leaked much of the oil. This shouldn't be a concern in the first few years and it's disappointing.
