Very Dissapointing Product

This it has stopped working in less then 2 years. This has been the noisiest washer we have ever owned. The loud mechanical clicking and popping noises when it runs were bad enough from day one. Now it makes a horrible grinding noise during certain parts of the cycle and is unusable. I do not know if they wouls warranty this piece of junk and frankly I do not care to try. I will buy something different. I would not recommend this product.

It is unreliable and began malfunctioning within months of purchase. It randomly makes noises and begins draining even when it is not on. The washer stops working in the middle of a cycle. I will not be buying a Whirlpool again.

No agitator post is the problem

Unit goes out of balance ALL THE TIME. We have new twins and 4 sleeping sacks (for tiny 1 year old babies) cause unit to self distruct. We are limited to smaller loads, went out of balance so hard it required a service call. It lost a balancing rod and slammed into both my wall (did damage to wall) and new dryer next to it. Very disappointed in this unit.

Keeps going back to the fill cycle

It goes back to a fill cycle instead of the spin and completes. Our clothes are forever to finish unless we watch the load closely

Washer started making noises even though it wasnt on. Had it fixed under warranty. Works ok now but its really loud now.
