Although he said that this cooktop does not work for us. To keep a low cooking meal or to get high heat, or to simmer, those features can't be use. We aren't proffessional cooks or chefs, we just want a cooktop that works.

It feels like being lied to. How could anyone at Best Buy not know this would take six months and not be honest enough to tell me. It makes me worrie about Best Buy's future.
