When the installers arrived, they couldn’t complete the installation because the power cord was too short to reach the outlet. I was willing to handle the wiring later, but they refused to install it because the cutout dimensions didn’t match the new oven’s requirements. After paying an extra cash $85, they agreed to cut two small pieces and install it. This is terrible installation service. Don’t use Best Buy’s installation service!

Convection oven preferred.

There are some nice features and it is very easy to use. I ordered and had installed 2 of these ovens! We have 2 side by side built into our island and they look great in our kitchen!!

Reasonable, large cooking space

Reasonable features, nothing too crazy, works well. 4-star instead of 5-star as we bought previous model and had issues with fuse blowing when using auto-clean...will probably just skip using autoclean with this model so it doesn't break.

Satisfactory oven

It cooks well and we were satisfied enough with the old one to replace it with practically the same model. It’s a little slow to preheat but it cooks evenly and often a little faster than printed recommended times. The one thing that bothers us is that with nonstick coating, there is no option to scrub off any drips, you can only use self cleaning.
