The contractor did not like it for a rental unit as we could not be certain that the renters would keep the vents clean. We returned the unit.

Disappointed with Open Box Deemed Excellent

Unfortunately the 2 week return period ended so now I'm stuck with a severely damaged appliance. This review is only in regards to Best Buy quality control, not Whirpool product quality

Exhaust fan barely works. Waiting for pandemic to subside a bit before I call for a new one to be installed..... at no cost to me. I know this is a bad time and in house replacement is not an option. I just paid $60 to have it installed. Very disappointed. Stay away from this model. Past reviews were hit or miss that the exhaust would work. I missed.
