Unfortunately the 2 week return period ended so now I'm stuck with a severely damaged appliance. This review is only in regards to Best Buy quality control, not Whirpool product quality

Exhaust fan doesn’t work

Exhaust fan barely works. Waiting for pandemic to subside a bit before I call for a new one to be installed..... at no cost to me. I know this is a bad time and in house replacement is not an option. I just paid $60 to have it installed. Very disappointed. Stay away from this model. Past reviews were hit or miss that the exhaust would work. I missed.

Great Bang for the Buck

Installation was a breeze. It looks wonderful and minimalistic- far superior to the other models out there that are available around this price point. The fan is dual speed, and quiet as can be. It is a recirculating unit, so it isn't perfect, but as good as one can get for what it is. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone wanting to spruce their kitchen up a bit, for something that looks a lot more expensive than it actually is.
