Not much of a vent

Not stainless steel finish

Had to pay restocking fee because I could not believe what I was seeing through the holes on the box and upon opening realized it was A stainless steel finish . I thought it was covered by white paper

It came to my house, had clearly been opened and re-taped. When I took it out of the box, there was a small dent on it, and it just so happened to be right in the front where you couldn’t miss it. Pretty disappointed.

Hood is of very poor quality

Range hood

Some one had used something very sharp to cut the protective coating to start removing it and cut into the metal. We returned it and bought one someplace else.

I was sent a used as is item. I called and was told I would have to reorder and wait another 2 months. I ended up getting the right item from Lowes same day.
