An OK frig / freezer for $1000

It works fine, but isn't top quality. The drawers don't slide very smoothly, and the shelf locations are not adjustable. A half-gallon milk bottle just BARELY fits on the top shelf. Overall we are happy, compared to buying a $2000 to $3000 side-by-side. If it lasts 10 years we will be happy.

Best Buy not assisting me in refrigerator issue

They will not assist me in a refrigerator return and yes it’s past the window of return but one would think that after 13 years of loyalty Best Buy would assist a very loyal customer all I want to do is return it and even a partial credit Towards a better brand refrigerator. This one continues to freeze food at the lowest refrigerator setting I have called whirlpool and they have they are of no assistance either.

Great for Empty Nesters

This is one of the few that would fit, and I'm glad because I do like it! It is small, but that aside, it's exactly what I wanted. I love the ice and water in the door and won't be without it ever again! It's okay for a family of 3 or 4, but it's best for empty nesters.

The space inside is well laid out and easy to access. It replaces a Whirlpool refrigeator that I had had for 43 years, which worked perfectly until recently, so I was happy to find this one for a good price.

Very happy and highly recommend if looking for these exact dimensions even though it wide costs $321 more than a similar, larger cubic feet inside that is less wide, but sticks out further model.

Whirlpool 21.4 Refrigerator

This was my 2nd choice of a refrigerator but I was not happy with the ice maker placement! It took up a entire shelf and left no room in the freezer! It was also very loud when it ran! I ended up returning the fridge because it arrived damaged! My first choice was an LG refrigerator but that also came damaged and they had no more of them in stock!

Poor quality control and design. The nit rolls out when opening the door. The doors are not lined up on the top. The freezer door is higher. The 2 bottom vegetable doors are almost impossible to open. One can pull the unit out trying to open them. There was a screw rolling around when I opened it.

Others reviews mentioned the water dispenser leaking water onto the front of the door or floor, and it does a bit. That would be my o ly drawback. But, I purchased a black water dispenser sponge for any drips, and I'm okay with that.
