The last group broke our water pipe for the ice maker so we had to have a plumber come out to fix the leak. Very unhappy

Stopped cooling in less than 2 yrs.

Bought whirlpool as it has been around for many years and hoped it would be dependable.

For example, my last refrigerator was a cheap old top freezer and when I would put stuff on the shelf I could easily slide stuff around on the shelf. This refrigerator shelves are thin and when I move stuff around, they just topple over from the friction on the shelf. I’m happy that there are three drawers but they also feel dry and cheap , like if I push them fast they will break. In a few years, I’ll get another refrigerator weather I need it or not.

The ice maker runs constantly, putting out small ice cubes The vent from the freezer to the refrigerator freezes water bottles on the top shelf of the refrigerator

However, for my house’s height restriction due to cabinets, this was the best option. We love it. I wish the bins were sturdier. Within a few weeks it cracked. Whirlpool was great and sent me a replacement
