I am very happy to have gotten a new name brand refrigerator that was not only on sale but is one of the two that I liked the best. It is cooling my food wonderfully well, and feels much roomier than my old one, a side-by-side that was probably about 30 years old. It was delivered in the morning of the promised date and was installed quickly. It is a brand that I am well acquainted with, as well. All in all, it is the ideal refrigerator for me!

I’m very pleased with my new refrigerator. And the service from Best Buy was excellent. The men who installed it were very efficient and polite Robert was very efficient in replacing the handle that has been broken. He was very polite also.

Looks great more storage capacity keep things at the right temperature

I must start this review by saying run, don’t walk away from this company. If the slightest thing goes wrong with your order you will NOT be able to get in touch with any live person. Even after driving to the store where I purchased this overpriced refrigerator I wasn’t able to receive any satisfactory solution. I was promised call backs that never came. There is no in store phone system anymore. It all goes through call centers. I’ve never worked so hard to get something done. They use untrained delivery people who don’t think to do something as simple as locking the wheels in place after delivery. Yes, I’ve been waiting and working towards getting someone back just to do this for me. It’s not so simple on this unit. The refrigerator itself is ok. A model like this would have sold for $899 a few years ago. Everything about the quality is cheap. I had no choice as to purchase this because everything else under $2000 is back ordered. The door doesn’t even close on its own. All I can do is warn people, if you can’t walk out with the product you’re purchasing do not walk in to this store and place an order, unless of course you have hours of time to waste chasing down a solution to your issue

I had a very similar Whirlpool fridge that was an excellent appliance and lasted about 15 years. So when I had to finally replace it I wanted another Whirlpool. This one has the split shelves and an ice maker like the other one, but no “techs” stuff on it (eg blue tooth). I have that stuff elsewhere and don’t need it on my fridge. The biggest difference is that the freezer is on the bottom and I love that feature. I use the fridge more often than the freezer and it is now at eye level. The construction of this appliance is great. The shelves in the fridge and the door are solid and adjustable, There’s a strong suction on the door to keep temperatures stable in the fridge. I think I’m going to enjoy this appliance.

Spacious, sleek, and love the flexibility with the shelves! I've heard it a few times, but it's likely because I'm not used to the new sound yet. It's not loud per se, just not what I'm used to.

Haven’t had the refrig long enough to really rate It- so far so good- if you have to switch the door handle watch out- whirlpool will not send a door with no handle and switching them leaves scratches in a finish that shows scratches.First installer was really awful left scratches and broke plastic parts -,-required another delivery and whirlpool wasn’t very cooperative as well as Best Buy wanted to replace but didn’t keep up with that reorder.

We love our new refrigerator, it is a major upgrade from the one that it replaced. We like the internal layout, and the controls for the temperature of the two compartments. The one thing that would improve this model would be to make the plastic veggie drawers slide more smoothly. They tend to get stuck when pushing them back into place.

Ordered online which was very quick and easy. Actually got delivery date earlier than originally scheduled! install and take away was very smooth. it actually feels like more capacity on the inside than it looks which is great. much quieter than our old unit as well. TY!

Years back, Whirlpool bought the factory in Iowa that made bottom-freezer refrigerator for Amana and Maytag. This is one of a few models Whirlpool sells based on the old design. It is still 'murican made, and still has the best interior construction available. Not fancy, just sensible, Fits older homes well.

Excellent service and delivery product is everything we had wanted

We bought this refrigerator to replace a 22 year old Whirlpool with a top mount freezer. We really like the bottom freezer because it is lighted and items are easier to find. We also like the ice maker because the cubes are a bit smaller and it makes a lot of them. Due to our kitchen design we prefer a single door. One of the things I learned is all Whirlpool refrigerators (with single doors) come from the factory with the hinges on the right side. For me, that meant swapping the door around—pay attention to the tools you’ll need. After I finished, a friend pointed out that you can find demonstrations to do almost everything on U-tube. Anyway, the refrigerator section is great, because everything is closer to eye-level, the shelves are easy to adjust and the door stuff holders are also easy to adjust. We really liked our old Whirlpool refrigerator and we like this one even more!

Sleek design and works quietly. The door does open up about 2.5" wider than the defined specification so take that into account if up against a wall

Good quality, wide open, easy to clean, the only drawback is that it makes a ticking and knocking sound sometimes when cooling off the inside, not sure if it normal or just a flaw

I have had my fridge for over a year now and I love it, it's the perfect size and I have never had any issues.

The stainless refrigerator is the first of my appliances to have a color change from white to stainless. So glad I bought this model. We can't hardly hear a sound when it is running. Nice bright light in the interior. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Great purchase!!

This fridge was a great buy. I researched many different models for a few weeks and visited a few stores to view first hand. Made the decision on this one because it had the best appearance/functionality combo. Its very nice and its HUGE.

The black stainless steel color looks great in my Kitchen. This fridge has plenty of room and thanks to the accurate measurements, it fit perfectly where I needed it to. All the doors seal nicely and the pull out bottom freezer is very convenient.

I love this fridge. So much room over having a French door style. Large storage shelves for platters. I hosted Thankgiving and had plenty of room for everything. Doors hold twice as much and the ice maker in the freezer is a must have.
