We like the refrigerator, seems to have plenty of room inside compared to the french door refrigerator they hauled away. The only issue is I asked to have the handle switched to the other side of door. I was told I have to call the service department and schedule an appointment. So far we do like the Whirlpool refrigerator and the handle is still on the left side as I refuse to pay for a service call to remedy this situation. The delivery guys had somewhat of an issue getting this appliance in our kitchen, but they did a great job. Thank you.

Works great and fits well in our new kitchen! Our old one broke after 10 years and this is an updated version of the same.

roomy-large enough to organize foods in several ways--keeps everything cold--brightly lit--freezer on bottom, out of the way--beats my old frig hands down--absolutely love it so far

Bought this refrigerator after my Amana failed (15 Years old). It is very very similar, but it is a little more energy efficient. It is saving me about $1.50 to $2.00 dollars over my last refrigerator. My only complaint is that it is noisy, not too bad, but it is in the higher register. The interior is very nice and fits our needs very well.

The fridge works perfectly. The size is just what we needed. It looks great in my kitchen. My entire family loves it!

I have had this refrigerator for about 11 months now. I have had no issues with it whatsoever! It is nice looking, fits plenty of food for my family of 6, and is easy to clean. I love that the freezer is at the bottom, as I tend to use the refrigerator more often and love that everything is eye level without being narrow like you would find with a side by side. I had the best buy delivery team set it up for me, and they did a great job - friendly, knowledgeable, and professional guys. I would definitely recommend that option!

driver kept us updated through out the day to let us know when he will be arriving. There appeared to be a small dent or scratch on the refrigerator. The driver removed the plastic and it was on that. He explained it was common, we were relieved.

I'm impressed with the refrigerator. Operates very quietly and looks great. It is functioning well, love the freezer space and position. Very Pleased.

Purchased this refrigerator for my rather small townhome kitchen. It seems to hold more that the old side-by-side one it replaced (which had a larger cu. ft. size.) Maybe its configuration is what allows it to hold so much. The icemaker gives plenty of ice and does not take up too much space in the freezer. In fact, the bottom freezer holds much more than I anticipated it would and is more than adequate for my needs. The stainless steel really updates my kitchen. I have had it now for several months and I love it!

This is exactly what we were looking for. The size is perfect, the finish is beautiful and the price was right! Has great storage room and is quiet too.

Love this fridge. Seems roomier than its sq footage suggests. I love the single door on top and drawer for the bottom freezer.

Nice storage space. Runs quiet. LED lightning helps see inside. Only thing we miss is closing door for butter on door of unit

We are very happy with our new refrigerator. It's larger than we had and has been running great!

My previous refrigerator had french doors and bottom freezer. I never loved the french doors and now I know why. A single door allows me to see everything quickly. 1 shelf on door is deep which gives me more frig space. I love the LED lighting. The ice bucket in the freezer does not spill ice on floor when scooping ice out like my previous LG frig. Lastly, Whirlpool is still assembled in the USA.

Best Buy will be here to fix and replace things...the 4th time... Each time they fix one item and wreck another. The product is good but service has been terrible. I have been sent people who speak NO English to little and have NO idea what they are doing. Monday they come again...this time to cover hole with a button when swapping handle sides....which they made ME pay for. The door has never shut well and now after swapping handle, really won;t shut. The door sags. I can't believe Best Buy cannot provide a service to deliver, swap handle sides which I requested at purchase, Change the button to file 2 holes (one was done), and in doing this for 3 visits, the door sags and seal doesn't work. A good product but HORRIBLE service.

It looks nice and has worked well so far. The stainless can show a lot of fingerprints though so you just have to keep it cleaned.

The fridge is exactly what we need! The ice doesn’t stick together. Everything is light and bright so we can manage to see everything!

Good design, but noisy ice maker. Plenty of room. Really difficult to comment on reliability after 3 weeks which is when I was asked to complete the review. Satisfied so far.
