Works great lots of room and keeps things cold and frozen

Refrigerator maintains an accurate temp & has plenty of room in the fridge & freezer.

Looks great and love the bottom freezer! The frig on top is roomy and so easy to access!

Very pleased with my new refrigerator! I had to get a replacement for the first refrigerator delivered (it was damaged). The delivery team kindly let me borrow the first one until the second one (perfect condition!) was delivered. Works wonderfully!

Read reviews on pros and cons on different frigs and this was the one. Spacious and lots of shelving on the door. Does make some noise occasionally, but overall quiet for the for the first month so far. Very good price for what you get when compared with others in this price range.

We love the Refrigerator on top and Freezer on the bottom. You open the door and everything is right there. No bending down to see what is is hiding in the back of the bottom shelf. We have had no problems with this unit, working great so far.

This refrigerator is on the smaller end but the single, large door makes it feel much larger than it really is. The over-under design really makes organization simple and optimizes storage space. For the price, this is the best one we could have picked.

Overall, we are happy with our new refrigerator. It is quiet and has plenty of storage space. We do have one issue. The top door swings open to the right because it is not balanced correctly. Going to call for service for the second time soon.

Great service and answer to all questions. Liked working with BB employee ordering product and answered all tech questions about product. Simplified the whole expeience in terms uncomplicted easy to follow. Did suggest extended warranty which was taken to simplify any future problems.

This replaces a 21 year old Amana bottom freezer refrigerator. Do to the fact that I got tired of replacing gaskets which caused rusting. They look exactly the same but this one has a pull out for the freezer. It is also one inch higher which I managed to fit into my old opening by taking off the top hinge cover. As far a energy use the new one uses 584 kwh and the old used 576 kwh. They are the same 22 CU FT. The new one is a inch narrower as well as the shelve . The vegetable bins are smaller due to the narrower frig. The pull out bottom freezer handles less food due to the the fact that you have to watch the hight of what you put in is not to high and interferers with closing the draws or falles in back so you can not close them. I had to call Whirlpool due to problem with the sealing of the bottom freezer Also due to the wire shelves being pulled out ice falls to the floor and can cause a tripping hazard if you do not see it. You have to get used to being new does not mean better.

Delivery was on time delivery people were very nice. Everything went smooth and we like the appliance very well.

Delivery people are very efficient. I did not know this fridge has an ice maker. There is no way to hook it up, but it does not take up much room.

I have no complaints. I did not hook the water line up to the fridge, I don't use the ice make. The fridge makes some noise but I'm not sitting in the kitchen all day so it does not bother me. The fridge is cold and the freezer is cold that's what I need. Simple it also looks good to me.

Best Buy will be here to fix and replace things...the 4th time... Each time they fix one item and wreck another. The product is good but service has been terrible. I have been sent people who speak NO English to little and have NO idea what they are doing. Monday they come again...this time to cover hole with a button when swapping handle sides....which they made ME pay for. The door has never shut well and now after swapping handle, really won;t shut. The door sags. I can't believe Best Buy cannot provide a service to deliver, swap handle sides which I requested at purchase, Change the button to file 2 holes (one was done), and in doing this for 3 visits, the door sags and seal doesn't work. A good product but HORRIBLE service.

Big improvement over my 30 year old refrigerator that died. Quite quiet and lots of storage space. Like freezer on bottom and feels like it has lots of space. Delivery was on time and guys very careful on bring the refrigerator into my home.

This refrigerator has lots of space and fit snugly where the old refrigerator stood. It took some getting used a sliding freezer door instead of a swinging one but that was my issue, not the freezer's! The seal on the door is very strong; sometimes we struggle slightly to open it.

Im in love with my new appliance. Its exactly what I needed as a replacement, and it was the perfect price. Thank you Best Buy for making this purchase easy.
