    We paid for GeekSquad installation, they delivered and installed it and now the refrigerator is running but does not cool. I went through troubleshooting and still no refrigeration. I don't know if this is a problem with the installation or with the product. We paid for support and after spending over an hour on the phone I'm told to call back in 2 hours because the bestbuy system "doesn't work" either. What a waste of time!

    I love this black refrigerator. All with ice maker. You can't go wrong with Whirlpool, my last fridge lasted over 20 years and it still worked but i just wanted a new one.
