I had the unit in my home for a little over 1 month as I had to wait for the replacement to come in. The unit worked fine, although I had to turn the cooler down to the second to lowest setting to keep the fridge in the safe temp zone. Instruction suggested a 4 setting, but I needed to keep it at the 6 (top number is 7) to keep in the safe zone. I live alone, so it is not opened very often, so that was not the reason for the temp level being too warm. Very basic shelving and drawers in this unit, but the price was at about $1k, so that is to be expected.

Whirlpool attempted to fix a brand new item by replacing a lot of the parts. To date, the situation is the same. Think about it before you purchase this item. You will be stuck with an expensive LEMON!

Much cheaper construction materials inside the fridge. Very difficult to change door opening direction without scratching the door. Had this happen twice. not pleased with delivery people.
