Different from previous refrigerator, i needed one where i would not have to bend much since i have knee problems.

I was looking on purchasing a fridge for my parents. I went to best buy they made easy to find and purchase. Overall fridge is built with quality, has really strong shelf online other once break fast. Installation was really easy and simple. Also the fridge has ice maker and it works really well. Highly recommend 4 door fridge has a lot of room and 2 doors for both fridge and freezer.

What a unique design, 4 separate sections. Top 2 sections for the refrigerator, and the bottom two sections for the freezer. Get organized, and only open the one section you need and keep the cold in. Extended storage tray for ice and it makes ice quickly. Love the design

We love the four doors as they save space compared to the larger doors. The features are great and so was the price.

I like the set up of 4 separate sections and an enclosed ice Maker. This last because I was used to having one inside, not outside on the door, with my last fridge. That said, this refrigerator overall is quite a lot less spacious than my last one which I'm having a hard time getting used to.. I do like being able to see 4 separate areas in the freezer located bottom half, as opposed to just having one Big container that you have to sort through. Ugh. However, the upper half is somewhat crowded. The shelves on the door are not deep eithet. And don't hold my tallest bottles.

We've had the refrigerator for about 10 weeks. The folks who set it up for us were quick, careful, pleasant, and efficient. The more I use it, the more I like it. It is a neat, clean design. The layout is very efficient and seems much more convenient than the three-door French design it replaced. Refrigeration is good and I like the external display.

The refrigerator and freezer does the job. I am a little disappointed that the shelves seem to give with just a gallon or two of milk and there is no filter for ice maker (I probably should have inspected that better). Also the alarm for refrigerator door doesn't go off for a long time. The door is hard to close so it would be better if the alarm sounded sooner.

Ok it’s excellent product , very spacious, beautiful design

Product - so far so good. Love the look of this counter-depth fridge. The only problem is that it does not have a filter for the ice maker. So ice cubes don't taste good. Delivery - it was terrible. We were given a window between 9AM and 1PM. They didn't show up until 5PM. Not only were they late, they also didn't know how to install the water line for the fridge. Furthermore, they didn't shut off the water first...water leaked everywhere. Very unprofessional and inexperienced.

This experience deserves a negative ten star rating. We bought the appliance on sale 4/12/25 and could have gotten one even cheaper if we had wanted to purchase the floor model. We opted to pay more for a new, in-the-box unit. Salesperson lied to us about delivery timeframe, stating it would only be about a week Delivery was not until 4/30. We asked about extended warranty, and he added a Best Buy + Membership instead of the requested warranty. We asked for delivery and installation. He said bcse of our distance (60 miles), our cost for delivery and installation would be $180. That price, however, did NOT include installation. It was for drop off only! Brand new ITB Whirlpool was delivered 4/30, but the compressor never worked. The temp inside the fridge and freezer never got below 74 degrees. Called customer service who told me they would send a repairman out the next week. I told her that i had not paid for a new refrigerator that had to be repaired straight out of the box. I paid $1700 for a new, working refrigerator. If Best Buy wants to repair it and sell it to someone else, that's their choice, but I do not want a $1700 repaired refrigerator; I wanted a new, operational refrigerator. She ordered the pick up of the faulty refrigerator and delivery of a new refrigerator for one week later, 5/7. On 5/7 the delivery person called to inform me of delivery time and also mentioned that the unit being sent was an "open box" unit. That is NOT what I paid for. We had intentionally avoided that when we purchased it!! Trying to have me pay full price for a basically used refrigerator and passing it off as a new, ITB unit is underhanded and deceitful. (Seems to be Best Buy's standard operating procedure!! ) When I talked with customer service, she informed me that they would have to locate another unit for me...She wasnt sure how long it would take. I explained that we had already gone without a refrigerator for an extended period of time and were not interested in having to wait ANOTHER MONTH for Best Buy to get its act together. She said that she would put in the order for picking up the faulty refrigerator and for cancellation of the order, but it would be 24 hours before she could do anything about scheduling the pick up. I pointed out that the delivery person was already scheduled to arrive TODAY. Therefore, he could pick it up today. She said that it didnt work that way, and that I would have to wait...I have already waited from April 12 until May 7!! I told her that I wasnt waiting any longer and that she had to get her faulty refrigerator out of my house today, or I would get it out on my own because I am getting a FUNCTIONING, new refrigerator from SOMEWHERE this week! She continued to tell me that it didnt work that way. I told her that if she did not get the refrigerator today, then I would be pushing it out of my house and off the deck. She promptly contacted the very nice, competent, and professional delivery person who agreed that he could pick up the faulty refrigerator today. He picked it up at the scheduled time... We then attempted to contact the Greenville NC store where we had made the purchase. They have no direct line that allows customers to contact them directly. The number redirects the call to customer care services. We talked with several customer care agents today who seemed to be totally uninterested in trying to amicably resolve the issue...and deliver a working refrigerator within a reasonable timeframe. So, I'm awaiting the reversal of charges to my Best Buy card (which I have now destroyed)...AND I now have a new, in-the-box Whirlpool (same model) being delivered AND INSTALLED in 3 days...3 DAYS!!!! Delivery is from southern VA, approximately 80 miles away. The cost of delivery AND installation is only $29 !!!! And I already have the documents regarding our 5-year extended warranty! Thanks, Home Depot!! Best Buy could learn something about customer service and professionalism from their delivery person Scott and from Home Depot! I am still awaiting confirmation of receiving a full refund of the entire order, including the $180 delivery charges. The last question in this survey asks if l would recommend this item. I have said no because I would not recommed it from Best Buy. I won't be recommending anything from Best Buy. I love the size and design of the fridge! The refrigerator that I did receive was faulty. It happens. I understand that. What I cannot understand and choose not to ever have to endure again is Best Buy's lack of professional behavior and deceitfulness...not just once, but 3 times...as well as thier apathy, their lack of concern for correcting issues that are causing customers additional frustration...So no, I wouldn't recommend anything from Best Buy!

Very pleased. We bought this smaller size as a second fridge for our laundry room. The inside seems bigger than the stated size volume and bigger than it is. Almost wish we would have bought the full size version of this fridge as our main one. Really nice product for the price point.

Good counter length fridge. Like the 4 individual doors.

THIS IS A SMALLER REFRIGERATOR THAN WE HAAD IN THE PAST BUT IT IS AWSOME. IT FITS IN THE SPACE AND DOESN'T STICK OUT . WELL ORGANIZED SHELVES AN FREEZER

Really like the freezer and deep upper door shelves

Having 4 separate doors not only giving you convenience and easy access to items inside the fridge but also save you energy as you do not have to open the fridge wide open and release the coldness from inside.

This fridge is great! It perfectly fit and is beautiful!

Product is great! If you have a wall on the left side of the refrigerator the door on the bottom left will not open all the way if you don't have clearance. Overall its a nice refrigerator.
