The only negative is that sometimes the top left drawer doesn't close as well as the right. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with my purchase, and Best Buy delivery was fast and efficient.

It was promptly replaced within 2 weeks! Not very impressed about this but it does work well now. Has good features like flash freeze.

The light inside the refrigeration compartment stopped working just slightly over a year after purchase. Now the ice maker has stopped working as well. They do not back the product either at Whirlpool or Best Buy without purchasing an annual service contract for $500. The worst refrigerator I have ever owned. What a piece of junk. Extremely dissatisfied. Left side freezer door coincidentally where the ice maker is located has never appeared to shut the same as the right freezer door. It is beautiful on the outside but very low quality otherwise.

The cubic feet and space was limited which was disappointing but we were limited by our own space.
